Owner actually knows how to work on these bikes. Many bike shops sell E-bikes but don't know how to do the electrical stuff.

Scott was awesome. He diagnosed a rebuilt battery in a matter of minutes. The company that rebuilt the battery rebuilt the battery to 36 V, instead of 48V. Now I know where to go when my ebike has an issue. It took many calls to find Pacific E-Bike and I am glad I found a great repairman. Kudos!
