“Sea lions. Restaurants. Overpriced sea food :/Personally i recommend eating at Chowders. Their food is great, its not too expensive and the portions are just enough. I love the view at the end of the pier. Its beautiful. If you arent hungry, check out the sea lions and the amazing view of the oceans. You wont regret it.”

“Moscone Center is 2 blocks south of Market street and 4th street. There used to be also Moscone North and South, make sure you know which one is your venue. The Moscone center is newly updated and easily reachable by BART, SFMTA and Uber. I would not recommend renting a car, parking is a pain here and expensive $50-80 a day with area hotels.”

“This shopping area is within walking distance of my house. It has pretty good variety for a smaller shopping area. We got Mexican, Chinese, Sushi, and a Pizza place. There's a Safeway, UPS store, coffee shop, dry cleaners, dog groomer, Edwards Jones, a 24 hr fitness, a couple realtors, and a nail shop. There's a ballpark, public library, basketball court, tennis courts nearby. There's a community center, Christian Church, and Temple Israel, a two day care centers. It's a solid neighborhood center. Too bad the owner is trying to level it and build more houses. We need nearby goods and services for a better quality of life more than we need several hundred more neighbors.”

“Great little shopping and dining plaza with really good Asian food. Also, great place to learn about Asian culture since there is an Asian cultural center and the plaza houses a branch of the oakland library. Nothing much has changed other than a couple shops have closed permanently including the Boba shop next to the bank of America. That's too bad they were my go to drink place when I visited Chinatown.”

“Multi level shopping area with Bloomingdale’s as main anchor store. There was a Nordstrom here but it just recently closed. The building/venue is upscale and there is security walking around the mall and some stores have manned entrances. Good selection of chain stores and some smaller ones I wasn’t familiar with. Zara, Tory Burch, Coach, Adidas, Madewell, American Eagle, Vans, Lululemon, Sephora, Burberry, H&M, JCrew, and Kate Spade to name a few. Various food vendors throughout mall and a number of additional food providers in the food court on the lower level. A number of which specialize in Asian, Indian, and Korean foods, teas, and desserts.”

“The bowling alley has made plenty of up grades. More tables and chairs and thank God for a better P.A. system. We need more service from the bar and your food service center so that the bowlers are delayed from bowling.”

“Hilltop plaza is a fun place to walk around and grab a drink / see a movie. Parking can be an issue but if you can get to the parking garage above everything, you’ll be able to find a nice spot for a reasonable price if your arriving by car.”

“Super relaxing evening walk here and got to see a different view of SF skyline and Bay bridge than I'm used to. Nice to have something close and outside to do. Lots of friendly doggies and dog walkers about and good selection of indoor/outdoor eateries and such. Cool just checking out the boats and marina too.”

“I see there are 2 Durant's on Yelp so I am leaving the same review here for LEE's Jewelry. This review is specifically for LEE'S Jewelry. Lee provided great service and great quality gold chains. We came in to buy our son a present for his 16th birthday coming up. He took good care of us. Its nice to know there are still businesses out there that are grateful for their customers. He also greeted other customers by name, so you know they are returning happy customers. Thank you Lee!”

“Personal cars parked at Alameda Landing for access to the restaurant, shops, banks, groceries, department stores, urgent care, or charging-up the EV, are not apparently experiencing high rates of car burglaries happening off-island. Such a stress reliever. Fill the gas tank, go for froyo, window shop, watch kids play on the children’s contraptions, take pictures, buy a new shirt or flower vase, go eat burgers or sushi, grab some groceries and drive home. Or drive 5 minutes out to the point and breathe. Peace.”

“It's a nice quiet place to look around and buy a few things. In the back there's a family clinic center, there's a grocery store, a beauty place, Ross, Carl's JR, I think a Wells Fargo, a Shoe shop and other things as well.”

“The restaurant was better than average. The service was courteous & efficient. I ordered my usual Eggs Benedict and was DISAPPOINTED..........The bread so hard I could barely cut it with my knife & the eggs were overcooked. But they are under new ownership. Because of the way I was treated I am willing to give them another try.”

“I love being in Alameda. I like the fact that I am surrounded by water when there. The downtown area is very pleasant as well. A nice place to walk around and have lunch or dinner.”

“This is a huge target!!! They literally have everything and then some.i the as in heaven! But I do have to say I understand why the security is on high alert, but I was a bit off put by having multiple people follow me and my mini dachshund around while we shopped. But I guess we showed them in the end we were just Lucky Lou's at how big the Target store was. And of course spent too much money as I always do in target.”

“My kids love it so it must be a good store, I am more Walmart kind of person if you know what I mean, I don’t like to dress up to go shopping or dress I rather wear my pijamas and messy hair”

“Sinus is very clean they have security guards and one even remembered me from my story I told him and said you don't live here you have to go, very nicely. I felt safe most of the time but it's wide is open and even at 2:00 in the morning they have the security guard so you feel safer. It's just a nice place where you can sit with friends have lunch have coffee have a late bite to eat over at the pizza place down there”

“Newly built, clean store with helpful employees and carries basically any type of groceries that one could want or need to buy. Very much recommend to anyone who is looking for a fast easy shopping experience in a clean store with helpful employees/ cashier's. One employee even went beyond the call of duty to try and find an item for me that wasn't stocked on the shelf and took the time and effort to go in the back and find it for me. That might seem like something an employee should do regardless but these days at alot of other stores, that isn't not the case. Some stores act like it's an inconvenience for the employees to do their job and put in the extra effort to make the customer happy or satisfied, but not this Safeway. It was the norm. The restrooms were clean and not discussing, with no wait line. Safeway normally have their stores Squared away but this one went the extra mile to improve the customer experience in many ways and they get a 5 ⭐ rating from me for it. 100% would recommend this location for anyone looking for a smooth and easy shopping experience.”

“The Montclair Plaza Collective is a new pop-up market, a place for local artisans to build their brands and sell their art directly during the holiday season. It's built around "Slow Food" and "Slow Money" principles. The day I visited I found cool gifts (like bags and purses made from vintage automobile upholstery, and jewelry made from repurposed materials), appealing food items (like locally made granola and a collection of gourmet salts), watercolor paintings of Oakland landmarks, cute kids tee shirts and a newly published photo book about Montclair Village. I was told that almost all items are created within 50 miles -- and most within 10 miles. This is a great find for the holiday season!”

“I went here to use the Tesla supercharger. There was no wait and the price was about five cents less per kilowatt-hour than most of the other superchargers in a 20 mile radius.”
