After searching around for quite a while for the best bank for a business account and cards, it was refreshing that the biggest bank around is so appropriate. “I just went in on some light banking questions and the teller came right up to the window immediately and asked me to come over. He was followed by the manager who introduced herself which I thought was very cool. I mentioned to them that I was at a branch in the next town. But this one's more convenient to my house and was told that. I'm very welcome to do business with him at any time I'd like. I like customer service like this. It's nice to see some place that I can walk into and feel like a valued customer. And don't misunderstand me the people at the bank that I'm currently at are just as nights. This one just happens to be closer to my house. They will definitely see my business again.”

“Well, I am not sure why so many people are bent out of shape with their negative reviews...I had a perfectly pleasant exchange with the teller who helped me. My ATM card got hacked, and I needed some cash, hence the ACTUAL human interaction! I didn't get her name, but she was courteous and sympathetic to my situation.One day, I'm sure most folks like myself, will have to accept the digital era. Face to face interactions with other humans will possibly be less frequent...but until that day? I will gladly exchange a smile and a quick hello with my fellow non-bots.Thank you me Lady...you brightened up an already sunny day, hopefully yours is a little brighter as well. “This branch is one of the best in the Bay Area, and there seems to be one every couple of blocks in the City of San Francisco (where I live) so saying this branch is one of the best, if not the best in the Bay Area is a huge thing to say. This branch is ideally located downtown and easily accessible, for me it's half a block from my office and thus makes for baking during their hours happen. One thing about this branch to which I dislike is the fact that without warning they close and have out of service ATM with no alternative branch or ATM option posted. Overall a good branch!”
