“What a fabulous Customer Service experience with Carlos in the Meat Dept. I am a regular at Stater Brothers in La Quinta. It is the only market that smells fresh when you walk in. I had unexpected guests coming for Christmas dinner. I went to Stater Brothers in La Quinta & was not disappointed. Wow, Carlos was great, he was very patient at a high stress time, Christmas. I purchased a 6 lb. Prime beef tenderloin. It was delicious. My guests were very impressed. Keep up the great work Stater Brothers. You have a loyal customer in my family.”

Thanks to the friendly and competent help from personal bankers and manager at the new Stater Bros market location I have become a big fan. There have been several instances where my wife and I could not get responsive customer service from the 800 line. We learned that if you go in person, the staff there will personally assist you and correct any problems. They are a true advocate of their customers!”

They have 2 indoor atms and 1 drivethru Parking lot very poorly designed and if u have a large vehicle very easy to hit the curbs because when u have a lot of turns and right angles it is necessary to turn when in middle of roadway.... just poorly designed parking... Teller assists are kinda a pain in nexk and looks like a corporate decision to cut down on costs but unfortu ately too many services req one to go to the counter...”
