“HONEST and trustworthy! I’ve been going to AGT for about 3 years now. Bobby has always been honest and tells you exactly what needs to be done and gives you a price range. Most of the time, the cost ends up being a little less than what was expected which is amazing. My sister brings her car to AGT as well and never had any problems. My employer brings her 2 cars to Bobby as well. I would not go anywhere else to get my car fixed or serviced. Bobby just takes care of it all.”

“Purchased my preowned Lexus in 2003 at Falk here and have always relied on the Service Dept for special needs all these years. Special gratitude to JOSE and ERIC in the Parts Dept, always willing and able to help -a reliable, friendly and knowledgeable resource, but especially appreciative for FREDDY in the Service Dept for going over and beyond to be of assistance - gracious, competent, with great and friendly customer service courtesy. All 3 a true credit to Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. They're the best!”

“I have been bringing my car here for years because of Ivan montejano. I have been to keyes european and encino and their service departments treat you like garbage unless you complain. Even on days when Ivan is not available the rest of his team smoothly handles my cars needs without any confusion. Face it nowadays customer service is not what is used to be but this place is part of that last few businesses that delivers.”
