“Bennett Automotive did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing an engine performance issue I was experiencing. My truck was rough idling, and had very low power when accelerating.
I took it to two different shops, and they both were unable to fix the problem. I was getting frustrated after paying two diagnostic fees with no improvement.
I decided to try one more time, and made an appointment at Bennett. They have a very reasonable diagnostic fee, and they were able to find the problem and fix it in just a few days. They were also very nice, and kept me advised of their progress.
The overall experience was great, and I will be taking my families vehicles to them in the future for sure. Thank you Bennett Automotive for your outstanding service!”

“Wow! Excellent service! Darius is such a kind man. I arrived at 5:30 not knowing that this place closed at 5:30 & Darius was outside hosing things off when I asked him if this was unit 5A. He said yes but let me know that he was already closed and if I could come back tomorrow I said yes and as I was getting ready to pull away he said you know what never mind pull your car in and I'll do the smog check for you! He is so kind and didn't have to do this for me but he really went the extra mile and I appreciate him so much! Great price! Probably the best price in the area to get your car STAR smog certified. “Premier did a great job repairing my Tesla Model Y when I got into a front-end collision earlier this year after hydroplaning on the freeway. The repair did take longer than expected, with my insurance company being slow to respond, uncooperative, and stingy with Premier's initial and supplemental estimates. Even though it slowed down the repair process, Premier did the right thing by waiting until insurance approved the different aspects of the work before starting it.
Throughout this time, I primarily communicated with Ray who patiently took the time to explain to me what issues they were encountering with the insurance adjuster and who reassured me they would do everything they could to minimize my out-of-pocket costs.
Once the repairs were underway and until the end of the process, Kevin kept me updated like clockwork to let me know where they were with the repairs. I appreciated his open communication, and he even kept me posted while I was on vacation out of the country. It was especially nice to have him drop off the car just before we returned and have it sitting in my driveway!
I would highly recommend Premier Coach Collision to anyone in the unfortunate position of having to select a Tesla-certified body shop after a collision.”

“Excellent place for an area that's full of garages but not a lot specialize in EV's and hybrids exclusively. I made the mistake of taking my Fiat 500e to another mechanic and got the impression they didn't know what to do for it except run a rough diagnostic. Electric Ave went above and beyond with speedy service and a thorough preventative maintenance. Will definitely be coming back, but I do have a few recommendations: 1) Consider allowing clients to book appointments online (including making requests via Yelp). Takes some of the pressure off of planning and scheduling service. 2) Your business phone mailbox has not been set up, so I could not leave a message when arriving. 3) (and most important)...you should totally consider selling EV mod packages, including battery upgrades/extended range. That would fill a need in the EV/hybrid sector.”

“We have two BMW's serviced at Exclusive Auto Service. One is my wife's 325ix, the other a M3. Recently, Sanjiv did oil changes on both and replaced cooling system parts on the ix. He diagnosed and repaired a stubborn emissions problem on the M3 which was not passing emissions, and the M3 now sounds and performs like new. My wife appreciates that Sanjiv explains what needs to be repaired without being technical. The costs were below what I've been charged at BMW dealers and mechanics in TO and Burbank. In fact, the oil changes were much less than other independent German auto mechanics. Highly recommend. I give him a 5 out of 5.”

“Juan and his team are awesome! I was driving up the Camarillo grade and noticed my engine was overheating. The engine temp was hot and it started smoking. So I just happened to pull off on Wendy Dr. and into the gas station there. I was so fortunate that Ventura Tech Auto Clinic was there. Juan was extremely helpful and they started diagnosing the issue right away. Turns out I needed a new thermostat. I had my three kids and my mom with me and he had the car fixed within a couple of hours. His shop is also located next to several shops. This was convenient as it makes it easier to sit and wait for your car to be complete. I told Juan he saved us that day, his team was quick, and had us back on the road just in time to go get a cat from the shelter. I would highly recommend Juan and his team for any car repairs. He is awesome, fair price and I will be going back when I need repair work, even if I have to drive from Oxnard!Thank you JUAN and your TEAM!!!!”

“I'd bought tires at Costco and needed an alignment so I found PAC in Costco's list of affiliated auto repair shops and checked out their online reviews which. looked real good so I had the work done there (though they send alignments out). At that time I met Mark, the owner, who was very knowledgeable and seemed honest. Prior to taking a cross country trip to Michigan I had an oil change and inspection done there on my Grand Cherokee Jeep, and I looked at the recommendations they'd made on the inspection sheet. Mark went through it with me and explained the different items and if I needed them at this time. He explained the Throttle Body and Carbon Clean which he said should help increase gas mileage; so I had it done. In the past on a trip like this one, the most we'd gotten was approx 26 MPG, and on this trip I was surprised to see over 29 MPG on certain stretches of this drive, which could be the reason, but I'd never seen this before. I have to believe it was as Mark said and give credit where it's due. I trust Mark and the work they do but of course would always keep my eyes open. I just picked up my wife's Mountaineer (117,000 miles) where we had the wheel bearings replaced. I refer my family and friends to Preferred Auto Centre, hands down. One other important point is that they register all repairs with Car Fax which also indicates their responsibility for the work they do along with their transparency.”
