“I've been Banking with Boston Private Bank for over 25 years. I joined at the parent branch in Post Office Square Boston in the 90s and there are a number of bankers and employees still there so even when I walk in or call to this day they know who I am by face and name. Hard to find with the continual bank mergers occurring. No other banks I go to have had the same staff year over year. I've recently got to know some of the tellers here in Beverly Hills Branch and they are always friendly and helpful. If you want real personal service, take a step away from the big banks, try them out. Highly recommend!!!”

“This review is for Vanessa Ramos. Someone needs to give this lady a raise or a promotion to General Manager. I have never worked with someone that was this friendly this thorough or this patient at a bank before. She was absolutely amazing. I needed to get a loan and was going through a stressful time and she made the process amazing. Getting a loan can be anything but peaceful and somehow she made the experience painless clear and was very informative and answered all of my questions. You can tell she really cares about her customers, looks into everything you ask of her and is so thorough. She literally gives every customer a hug and a warm welcome. She should train all US Bank employees as I have never met a banker, assistant manager, or manager as amazing as she is.”

“I don't write many Yelp reviews, good or bad reviews, but I had such great service at this particular Wells Fargo branch that I had to say something. I couldn't stop myself. I went into this particular Wells Fargo branch with some documents that were literally about 40 years old: I had received these financial documents in connection with getting an honorable discharge from the Navy after serving in the Vietnam conflict. I wanted to deposit these documents as a credit to my Wells Fargo checking account. Way back in the Vietnam days, the Navy had this informal savings program for Vietnam vets, some of whom vets were so happy to be finished with Vietnam that they were getting drunk a little bit too frequently, if you know what I mean. The cheesy government slogan was "Give your money to a banker, not a bartender." Anyway, today I was trying to deposit these old, old certificates into my Wells Fargo checking account. (These certificates were on what used to be called "IBM cards." Those were the cards with all the holes in them. Nobody uses them anymore.) To get to the point, it turns out that my 40 year IBM cards were deteriorated to the point that they were basically impossible for ANY electronic device to read. Here is where two of the branch employees jumped in and worked very hard, nonstop, for about an hour, manually transmitting the information on my old IBM cards to the federal government so that I could have the money from my Vietnam days deposited. To complete the job, they had to try several different approaches and telephonically consult with other banking gurus. I had no idea what they were doing but they were working feverishly. The point here is that these two bank employees could have EASILY simply told me that they were very sorry, but the cards were unreadable and that I would have to contact the US government to figure out how to get paid for them. If they had done that, I would NOT have felt that they were treating me poorly. These two employees, whom I have forever lumped together and called "WELLS FARGO TEAM ALPHA" are named Lena and Julio. I could be wrong about their job titles, but I think Lena is something like an assistant manager and Julio is the branch manager. In my humble opinion, they are the banking equivalent of a couple of Navy SEALS. Wells Fargo needs a lot more employees like that.”

“This is a wonderful branch. I've been to many of those near me and found them either dirty or understaffed or closed when the hours indicated they would be open. Covid caused my two closest branch to close. That said, what a lovely experience to deal with the branch in Beverly Hills. Friendly, professional, quick service, easy parking and a strong recommendation. Worth f=driving farther for. I read other reviews and didn't notice anything negative.”

“I have my business account and line of credit at this Beverly Hills branch. They have excellent customer service, great prices and very easy to work with.Vera is the bank supervisor and so sweet and fast to work with.There's lots of language speakers here, English, Farsi and Russian if you need too.They have great ATM's with live American customer service too and parking in the back is validated.Finally I always get a cup of coffee which is complimentary. It's a clean bank with great staff.”

We sat down waiting to see something, and we were approached by two different employees asking us if we were being taken care of. Then I sat down with the banker Tom Ferenczi and he made the whole process for me and my sister so easy and smooth. And he was very friendly and professional, more people need to be like this. His professionalism and positive attitude is unbeatable. I've been to other Wells Fargo branches, specifically the one in West Hollywood on sunset blvd and they could learn from this branch.”

“I just opened an account with US Bank and since I was in Beverly Hills anyway (no big deal lol) and needed to make a deposit I stopped in. First of all, the branch SMELLS GOOD. Never in a lifetime have I been to a financial institution with ITS OWN SIGNATURE SCENT! I had to wait a little bit for a teller but the gentleman who assisted me is the most elegant man I have ever encountered in any setting! He is kind, helpful and simply a delight. The whole place is luxury and even though all I have is a baby savings account I was treated like a VIP. 10/10 will return.”

“Good customer service and parking. I deal with Chester here and he is great. Very personal bank. Chester is always very helpful. He is efficient and gets me in and out quickly. This is like an old fashioned bank with few customers and no waiting in lines. He always finds me the best interest rates on whatever savings product I am investing in. “As a recent transplant to Southern California, coming from Northern California, finding a branch of my bank that I felt comfortable in was a very important to me and that's exactly what I found at this branch of bank of the west African traveling experience at the Burbank location where due to a computer issue, I was unable to withdraw any money, and the tellers seem to have little to no concern that I would not be able to make it to another branch to withdraw money that I needed for my lodging that night. It was refreshing and compassionate to have stumbled across this branch. Every time I've been there all the employees have Bri with me with a smile on and genuine conversation. I happen to be in the BH area where this branch was and thought I would visit.We met with Jesse Bravo and had a great experience. Jesse completed everything I had requested. He took his time with us and answered all our questions. He was straight forward and respectful.I think customer service, especially in banking and dealing with large cash transactions is very important. I really stress this with any bank I work with.
