“This is the absolute best bank that I have ever dealt with. Every time I enter the branch the staff greets me personally and makes me feel like a king. The service is amazing and the rates very competitive. The manager, David Haimovitz and other staff, including Rick, Negar, Maria, Rebecca and Hana are extremely professional and helpful. “As a recent transplant to Southern California, coming from Northern California, finding a branch of my bank that I felt comfortable in was a very important to me and that's exactly what I found at this branch of bank of the west African traveling experience at the Burbank location where due to a computer issue, I was unable to withdraw any money, and the tellers seem to have little to no concern that I would not be able to make it to another branch to withdraw money that I needed for my lodging that night. It was refreshing and compassionate to have stumbled across this branch. Every time I've been there all the employees have Bri with me with a smile on and genuine conversation. They truly make going to the bank an enjoyable errand.”

“I have my business account and line of credit at this Beverly Hills branch. They have excellent customer service, great prices and very easy to work with.Vera is the bank supervisor and so sweet and fast to work with.There's lots of language speakers here, English, Farsi and Russian if you need too.They have great ATM's with live American customer service too and parking in the back is validated.Finally I always get a cup of coffee which is complimentary. It's a clean bank with great staff.”

“I get that I have to go to a branch to get a new one when my debit card got compromised. But all the branches are only open M-F 9a-5p, no Satuday hours. The customer service line was a little rude when asked about it; when I asked why I got a letter not a call or text there was no good answer (-2⭐). Luckily this branch was close to work and I popped in to get a new one before the long holiday weekend. They get back a ⭐ 'cos the location had parking, was clean, and the clerk knew what she was doing.”

“When I was searching for a chase branch to schedule an appointment with a banker. I was surprised with several negative online reviews from the branches in the downtown and west LA area. I happen to be in the BH area where this branch was and thought I would visit.We met with Jesse Bravo and had a great experience. Jesse completed everything I had requested. He took his time with us and answered all our questions. He was straight forward and respectful.I think customer service, especially in banking and dealing with large cash transactions is very important. I really stress this with any bank I work with. “From the moment we walked in everyone was amazing, starting with the security guard to the employees there. We sat down waiting to see something, and we were approached by two different employees asking us if we were being taken care of. Then I sat down with the banker Tom Ferenczi and he made the whole process for me and my sister so easy and smooth. And he was very friendly and professional, more people need to be like this. His professionalism and positive attitude is unbeatable. I've been to other Wells Fargo branches, specifically the one in West Hollywood on sunset blvd and they could learn from this branch.”
