“My new debt card cvc was only two numbers. It's supposed to have three. Lol! No worries, I made an appointment and stopped in the next day. My appointment was with Stacey. Not only did she apologize for the defective card (the card printer being repaired) she ordered me a new replacement card. Also while I was there, she helped me with setting up my direct deposit and online login. Stacey is fabulous! I have had online banking in the past but I like to have my banking relationship with a real location with a real person. And there's free parking in the back. I'm in my happy place!”
