“I had the ABSOLITE MOST AMAZING customer service from Camille Gilmer. She actually provided more information in my situation than the banking institution that I have an active account. Camille is very pleasant. She took time in the midst of her busy scheduled day, without interfering with upcoming/ existing customers appointments. Her knowledge of resolving fraudulent banking and phishing transactions was impeccable. She gave.me real time PROFESSIONAL suggestions on how to potentially resolve my issue when Chase Bank told me to ignore the problem that t is nothing to be concerned about. I'm thankful that she was in today,, for her knowledge, her time and professionalism. With Camille, customer service still exist.!”

“I have been an FECU member since 1999. Unfortunately, since the pandemic and even yesterday the Culver City location seems to suffer from multiple issues. True they offer snacks and chips, but that did not help yesterday when I went there to get a new debit card because my account got hacked again through Facebook probably or the internet for like the 8th time with this FECU debit card. In the past, they have been quick to replace the debit card. However yesterday was not a good day for me, I took my mom out of the senior center who is handicapped. I drove all the way across the 10 freeway and the 405 in traffic. Finally when I arrive to the Culver City location, I get greeted by a lady with an iPad. Sadly, she informs me that the debit card machine is broken not just at her branch but at all branches altogether. Now numbers put yourself in my shoes You just heard what I said I've driven all the way across traffic only to be told bad news. I also overheard another member in the office yelling that his $5,000 were missing and what they were going to do about it? I immediately thought this bank unfortunately has a lot of red flags at the moment. I then decided to tell the girl to please close the account but I decided you know what keep at least a dollar in the account because they do offer good things like low interest rates when you want to buy a car. In essence yesterday was on a good day I have made a new appointment for tomorrow hopefully that debit card machine is up and running and I don't find myself driving all the way over there to be told again that the debit card machine is broken. This is my story :-) To further add, Bank of America when there is fraud activity they are quick to inform you and they are readily available much more than a credit union such as FECU again this is just my point of view everyone has their story. Finally, I do like working with First entertainment credit Union when it comes to getting auto loans, and home equity line of credits. The rates are very reasonable compared to other banks and for that purpose I will forever be a member of first entertainment credit Union. Stay safe ? ❤️”

Maeve was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate all while multitasking. What took 3 weeks at Chase Bank, took us about an hour at this US Bank Branch, which was a great relief after what we had gone through at the other bank. “Love this local 7-eleven. Cashiers are always nice and respectful, make you feel at home. Variety of food and goods to grab when you're in hurry. Can't ask for more. They will treat you like you're a human being, that's rare in LA nowadays. Parking can be tricky if you visit in rush hour, but I can always find a spot.”

“I don't understand the other reviews. I have visited this bank every month for about three years. I find the tellers to be very nice and respectful. When I closed a checking account last month the woman (I assume the manager because she had the only enclosed office) I worked with was very nice and was able to get help right away. It's not very busy so it's a great place to visit.”

“I lost my debit card and had to visit this Wells Fargo. I was waiting in line for 20-30 min there were only 2 tellers at the window. As soon as I got called up to karissa window she greeted me with an awesome smile. She helped me cancel my card but also set up my Apple Pay and use my temp card on Apple Pay. She was so kind and clear of detail.”
