The store itself is beautiful. The staff is very polite. There's a lot of selection, and it's very large. Parking is somewhat of a challenge. If you're dealing with orders or returns, there seems to be some confusion and it could be a very timely matter.

Great store, but staff were not really attentive. No one ever asked if we needed assistance, and I had to ask twice to check out. I know this is Beverly Hills, but service was disappointing.
