“Another exceptional experience with David at Patek Philippe at GEARYS on Rodeo Drive.

We stopped by this time to have David help us set one of our more complicated Patek Philippe watches, and watching him work is honestly remarkable. Without hesitation—and entirely from memory—he knew exactly how to set everything perfectly. With a highly complicated timepiece, that level of knowledge and confidence is incredibly impressive and is just one of the many reasons we trust him so much.

Having worked with David on several watches now, what continues to stand out is the depth of his knowledge of Patek Philippe. He seems to know everything about the different references—the movements, complications, history, subtle differences between pieces, and all of the fascinating details and stories that make collecting Patek so special.

David has also helped make some truly memorable additions to our collection possible. Most recently, he surprised me with the opportunity to acquire the Aquanaut 5269R-001, a watch I honestly never expected I would have the chance to own. It was an incredibly exciting moment, and I have been enjoying it ever since. Experiences like that make you appreciate not only the watches themselves, but also the relationships that develop through collecting them.

As a watch enthusiast, I could happily spend hours talking watches with David. What makes those conversations particularly enjoyable is that his knowledge is matched by genuine passion. He isn’t simply reciting information; he truly loves horology and Patek Philippe, and that enthusiasm comes through every time we visit.

David has always been incredibly warm, gracious, patient, and generous with his time. Whether we are purchasing a watch, stopping in to see something new, or simply asking for his help with a piece we already own, he gives us the same level of attention and care.

“Needed to replace a Lara King Pillowcase as hubby's laundry "accident" left us one short (Don't ask. He's almost out of the doghouse.). While mildly, no make that really peeved, I assessed the linen situation from our 2016 purchase prior to Versai Fine Linens' move from La Cienega Boulevard to Beverly Hills. Yes, it was time but being one case short was most urgent. Versai's user-friendly website revealed the pattern in need was still available in lots of two. As this is a custom embroidered pattern, from order placed to delivery was a bit of a wait. Sean, who assisted us with our initial purchase, was in contact with regular updates, delivery, tracking via text. Order received and I couldn't be happier. Cases are beautiful but make existing linens look shabby so it's time to get back with Sean to either replace our pattern or go with something new for '22.”

“This Scandia Home is a dream! I've gone to different ones and by far this one is the best. The store is huge! The have wide selection on arts and crafts as well as decor. Everything is very well organized and easy to find. I found many items that I had given up on finding. The prices are reasonable and the sales of the week are great. This has definitely become one of my favorite stores.”

“I pop in here from time to time because i enjoy the always changing products and can refresh my space routinely. This year I got some new miniature reindeer for my sideboard display; and yes the runner is an older Crate and Barrel item from years ago too in the image! I personally always like working with Denise or Jean Phillipe as they're knowledgeable but also super helpful with anything weather I need new curtains or just picking up some drinking glasses. Definitely suggest asking for their support! I am giving 4 stars because I feel like management here can be a little chaotic. I notice quite often even when the store is busy that there doesn't seem to be a manager in site; on one instance Denise was paging for one for almost 10 minutes before getting a response!”
