“I walked into this shop a few years ago with the intention of buying a gift for a friend ( which I did ). What I did not expect was that my first experience would become one of so many, sometimes to say hello to the wonderful staff and give my senses a thrill. You can't help noticing the artistry of the displays and be transported, if just for a little while, by the glorious scents. The experience of shopping or browsing in this delightful shop is not just about it's goods but the kindness of it's manager, Maria and the people who work there ( Tim and Gabe to toss out a few names ) who are happy to help you, should you have questions. Let's face it, French candles, perfumes, objets d'art are luxuries and if I want to purchase these items, I want to smell them and touch them and sometimes have a lovely conversation while doing so. The shop offers beautiful gift wrapping and other services and if you find yourself with too much to carry, someone is sure to help you to the 2 hour free parking across the street with your shopping bags. Diptyque on Beverly Drive is my favorite guilty pleasure.. which reminds me.. I need to visit soon!”

She travels to gift shows all over the country to unearth new and fun items to stock the store. She greets customers with enthusiasm and wraps each gift beautifully. It's rare these days to find an indie-owned business like this one. So many small businesses have had to shutter because of Amazon and then the pandemic made everything worse. The fact that Tara's shop has remained in existence is a testament to her talent, kindness, excellent customer service, and great taste. It is a small store but perfectly stocked with the right choices-also everything was in stock!! I purchased what I needed. I refuse to buy linens online because I want to feel the grade of the fabric before buying. It is superior quality and I love the small neighborhood specialty store feeling. This has it all! “This Scandia Home is a dream! I've gone to different ones and by far this one is the best. The store is huge! The have wide selection on arts and crafts as well as decor. Everything is very well organized and easy to find. I found many items that I had given up on finding. The prices are reasonable and the sales of the week are great. This has definitely become one of my favorite stores.”

“*Not the Typical Pottery Barnyard* Strolled Inside to look around at the winter/spring collection...and my friend bought a glass vase. Andrew assisted us and was very friendly & helpful. But misunderstood what my friend wanted and now needs to go back & return it. Been here many times throughout the years, it's a very nice 2-story Pottery Barn and their displays are well thought-out.Plenty of parking within the BH Triangle...so you can either feed the meter or opt for free 1-2 hr parking in the all city lot structures on nearly every block.”

“Needed to replace a Lara King Pillowcase as hubby's laundry "accident" left us one short (Don't ask. He's almost out of the doghouse.). While mildly, no make that really peeved, I assessed the linen situation from our 2016 purchase prior to Versai Fine Linens' move from La Cienega Boulevard to Beverly Hills. Yes, it was time but being one case short was most urgent. Versai's user-friendly website revealed the pattern in need was still available in lots of two. As this is a custom embroidered pattern, from order placed to delivery was a bit of a wait. Sean, who assisted us with our initial purchase, was in contact with regular updates, delivery, tracking via text. Order received and I couldn't be happier. Cases are beautiful but make existing linens look shabby so it's time to get back with Sean to either replace our pattern or go with something new for '22.”
