“I had such a wonderful experience at the Diptyque boutique on North Beverly. The store itself is absolutely beautiful, calm, elegant, and perfectly curated. “I pop in here from time to time because i enjoy the always changing products and can refresh my space routinely. This year I got some new miniature reindeer for my sideboard display; and yes the runner is an older Crate and Barrel item from years ago too in the image! I personally always like working with Denise or Jean Phillipe as they're knowledgeable but also super helpful with anything weather I need new curtains or just picking up some drinking glasses. Definitely suggest asking for their support! I am giving 4 stars because I feel like management here can be a little chaotic. I notice quite often even when the store is busy that there doesn't seem to be a manager in site; on one instance Denise was paging for one for almost 10 minutes before getting a response!”
