But Tony and his team treated me like I was one of their most important clients. Tony was extremely responsive, transparent on pricing, showed up personally to inspect the work that was happening and to offer his guidance and suggestions about the best arrangement of the speakers in the ceiling. “I called to see if they had the screen for my Galaxy S10 plus. They had it in stock. When I found out the cost I was in shock. I call a couple of other vendors to see what their cost was. Other vendors said it would be the same price, but they didn't have it in stock. I wanted to get my phone fixed so I took it to DropSmashFix. (AKA IPHONE REPAIR 1430 Santa Monica Blvd.) The on off button on my phone was missing, and the technician repaired that as well for no extra cost. Thank you DSF”

I did a little research & found Electronic Design & Services, Sam was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem & got to work. The owner Sam Is what I would describe as "Semi" Retired, He genuinely enjoys his work. He is one of the nicest & warmest people I've met in a long time. If you have the opportunity to bring your malfunctioning appliance to Sam, I suggest you do that. It will make your day better I promise.”

The shopping experience alone was fantastic, but I could've stayed for 3 more hours just chatting with Helmut and Steve. I mean, what a memorable day!
