“This place is wonderful, if you are like me and want to protect your phone and or need accessories for your phone this place is it. I recently got my new phone in October and have literally cracked the glass protector 4 times since it is always slipping out of my pocket and or hands. With the unlimited warranty the privacy screen protects and is worth the investment especially when upgrading devices”

Point, drove down to give it a change, the guy nicely said 40 minutes to unlock it for me ?, wait for in it and yes!! The people in there are so nice and patient I actually went in there the other day and my phone was having trouble and I was completely distraught because I thought I had lost everything and they were so kind and sat me down and gave me a bottle of water and told me everything is going to be okay and they fix my phone within like 15 to 20 minutes and showed me how to fix it in the future so I didn't have to go back...✌️??✌️??”

“I moved to WeHO on July 1 as a Verizon customer. Verizon did not schedule my home internet installation until July 15 from 8am-10am. I offered to pick up in-store for home install, but they had a system issue that prevented me from doing so. I was irritated, but patient.
The day came and I learned that they cancelled my home install without notice after I called them an hour into the installation window. After hours on the phone, chats, verification texts and being hung up on by Verizon reps, my patience ran out.
I went into T-mobile. Kyle got me set up with phone and internet service in 30 minutes—right before closing. He had an incredibly professional and calming demeanor. It’s a phone company, so I already know there will likely be bumps along the way, but I’m so grateful for Kyle getting me set up quickly and without hassle today. This is how customer service should be.

“This place is a great place to get what you want in Televisons and suround sound systems. It is a small place. It is right here in Beverly Hills and unlike most things in BH it is so far not posible to beat the price. It is a small Showroom so you need to research what you want or go tell them and they will recomend. They know what they are doing. The first time I went there I was not price shoping. I wanted a larger 80 Inch LED LCD and a Denon 9.2 suround sound system. I already knew the model and they did not have it in stock. Here is where it got very cool. They asked if I wanted it they would have it there in 45 Min. I said I wanted it. I went down the street and had lunch then came back to get the thing and when they handed me the bill I thought they had the wrong system. The price was so good. It was $900+ Less than Frys and over 1000 less than Best Buy. I got what I wanted. Saved a lot of $. Got better service than the large chain stores. And they delivered and even helped with the setup of the television at no charge. The Soround sound system is a bear to set up so I paid them to do it. They did a great Job. So as soon as I feel it is time for a 4K Set I will be back to Beverly Hills Electronics. I would and should give them a 5. In Fact I just changed my rateing to a 5. The Service and Price more than make up for the small show room. Go there or just call them and tell them what you want. They will take care of you. and you will save a lot of $. Folks from out of town go here to save $. Not something you see happen in BH other than this place. Jim Davison”
