“This place is wonderful, if you are like me and want to protect your phone and or need accessories for your phone this place is it. I recently got my new phone in October and have literally cracked the glass protector 4 times since it is always slipping out of my pocket and or hands. With the unlimited warranty the privacy screen protects and is worth the investment especially when upgrading devices”

“I bought my Wacom Intuos Pro at MacHollywood and loved my experience. The products are authentic, and this store offers very unique services as it’s not common to be able to test out Wacom products in store. I think it’s special that they offer the ability to rent equipment as well, though I haven’t needed to do so myself.
I came in wanting to test out a couple of drawing tablets and Patrick made sure they were all available to me, including opening up a new box for the floor model.
He was attentive but didn’t hover- I felt free to take my time testing out all the features. He asked questions to help ensure I got what I was looking for, but didn’t push any unnecessary or out of budget products. He’s knowledgeable about all of the products that they carry, which is great if you need any help making decisions on such important purchases.
The selection is fun to look at, they carry many accessories to ensure that you are set to start working on your tablet as soon as you take it home.
I’m really happy with the drawing tablet I bought. I was upgrading from a 2013 model, and though the experience working with the 2025 model is night and day as far as pressure sensitivity goes, my original Wacom is still fully functional as intended for the technical capabilities of 2013. I imagine that this new Wacom will last me for many years to come, and I appreciate MacHollywood for curating a selection of only quality options.
Patrick is really easy to get along with and creates a warm atmosphere to shop in. I will certainly be back when I need new accessories, I hope this place continues to do well for many decades to come.”

“AMAZING service from Michael!! I would give 10 STARS if I could. I had called in to see if they were able to replace the screen on my Macbook Air. Luckily they had a replacement screen in stock, so I dropped off my laptop around 4pm and they had my screen fixed and ready for pick-up by the very next day around 2:30pm! Everything was incredibly fast and efficient. They were also the most cost friendly repair shop around Ktown LA when I called 6 other repair stores in the area for price comparisons. “TLDR: Kevin, Ruben, & Meg set the standard to be beat in customer service and professionalism.
After being with them for 30 years for cellular, I had decided months ago to leave AT&T.
I went in late on a Friday afternoon on a beautiful day, thinking it'd be quick and easy.
It was not quick. It was, however, exceptional.
I was greeted immediately by Ruben, who let me know from the get that it'd be about 20 minutes before someone could sit with me. He asked what I was in for and got me on the list. He looped back prepping me for what I needed so I could be ready when it was time. I logged into my ATT account and took screenshots of my statements, account, and plan details.
Kevin was the guy assigned to work with me. I was clear about what I wanted, he was clear about T-Mobiles offering, and we were off to a good start. But then, we were met with challenges at every step of the way. AT&T did not make it easy for me to transfer. From getting the release PIN to porting the account over, we ran into hiccups and delays. Throughout the ENTIRE process Kevin was calm, patient, and unphased. A true professional. Ruben stopped in from time to time to check on us both as we progressed. I was astounded by Ruben's attentiveness on the floor, checking in with customers in progress as well as those walking in the door, consistently until his shift ended. They had a full house, and no one sat for more than two minutes without a hello.
In the final stretch, I asked Kevin when his shift was up, He assured me we'd be done before the top of the hour. Turned out, AT&T had given me an account number that did not match on the back end in order to port the number over to the new carrier. We took it straight off of my invoice, it failed, Kevin and I contacted AT&T via the app to confirm, they confirmed, Kevin had to escalate up through T-Mobile to three-way patch a conversation with AT&T to get the correct account number - which was not, by the way, the account number I had on my invoice OR in the app. (SHADY!)
All to say, Kevin's patience and professionalism all the way through our THREE HOURS together was unwavering. I walked in nervous about a carrier switch, I walked out converted to T-Mobile without one single regret.
On the way out, I was able to thank Meg who was on the floor and had supported us through the entire fiasco.
Wow, T-Mobile, if Kevin, Ruben, & Meg represent the quality you offer in service, they are bar none.
Thank you to the T-Mobile Santa Monica team for one hell of a first experience with a new carrier that has me never looking back.”

The people in there are so nice and patient I actually went in there the other day and my phone was having trouble and I was completely distraught because I thought I had lost everything and they were so kind and sat me down and gave me a bottle of water and told me everything is going to be okay and they fix my phone within like 15 to 20 minutes and showed me how to fix it in the future so I didn't have to go back...✌️??✌️??”

“This place is a great place to get what you want in Televisons and suround sound systems. It is a small place. It is right here in Beverly Hills and unlike most things in BH it is so far not posible to beat the price. It is a small Showroom so you need to research what you want or go tell them and they will recomend. They know what they are doing. The first time I went there I was not price shoping. I wanted a larger 80 Inch LED LCD and a Denon 9.2 suround sound system. I already knew the model and they did not have it in stock. Here is where it got very cool. They asked if I wanted it they would have it there in 45 Min. I said I wanted it. I went down the street and had lunch then came back to get the thing and when they handed me the bill I thought they had the wrong system. The price was so good. It was $900+ Less than Frys and over 1000 less than Best Buy. I got what I wanted. Saved a lot of $. Got better service than the large chain stores. And they delivered and even helped with the setup of the television at no charge. The Soround sound system is a bear to set up so I paid them to do it. They did a great Job. So as soon as I feel it is time for a 4K Set I will be back to Beverly Hills Electronics. I would and should give them a 5. In Fact I just changed my rateing to a 5. The Service and Price more than make up for the small show room. Go there or just call them and tell them what you want. They will take care of you. and you will save a lot of $. Folks from out of town go here to save $. Not something you see happen in BH other than this place. Jim Davison”
