“Just went back for my second time because the first time they instantly knew what was wrong and fixed my phone so fast. This time around they ordered the parts on Thursday and had them in by Saturday. My phone was repaired the same day. It went from barely working to working like new. I ended up leaving a different phone with them to repair and am planning on bringing someone along with me when I go to pick it up, so they can get a battery swapped. 5 stars over and over again! Happy to come back every time I have an issue.”

“Going to any cell service store is just as bad as the DMV imo. This was the only store I can say was not dmv level hell. I can’t remember the names of the sales associates helping me, but they were so patient, helping with a complicated plan to help me upgrade my phone. On Black Friday no less! I would drive far just to be helped at this store again”
