“Would be 5 stars if it weren't for the painfully slow service at the coffee and drink bar and prepared foods space. It's ridiculous how bad this is. Waiting 15 minutes for the right to buy an overpriced drink. Nope”
“Great customer service, especially from the staff member who tried to help me access the restroom. As someone who uses a cane, I found it concerning that the only access to the restroom is via stairs, which poses a serious safety issue.”
