“Jonathan Berrientos is hands down the best manager!! Never had a manager care so much! Everyone in the store was friendly, but Jonathan went above and beyond to help me with a wedding registry order. Corporate had messed up and charged me/sent a confirmation email for an item they didn’t have in-store, but he personally called multiple stores, found both items I needed, and even arranged for one to be shipped directly to my house...free of charge! He handled everything behind the scenes, and I didn’t even have to follow up because it arrived today!! Exceptional service and dedication...thank you, Jonathan!”
