Saks Fifth Avenue is a great store with an amazing fragrance selection and great, kind staff. The new Beverly Hills store is absolutely gorgeous, providing a great shopping experience. The men’s store is a block away. Customers report an outstanding customer service experience, with staff described as friendly, welcoming, genuinely attentive, and quick to answer questions. The team pays attention to details and truly cares about the customer experience. Staff members are super knowledgeable and helpful, especially in fragrances and cosmetics, making shopping experiences amazing. The store itself is gorgeous. Note that the location has relocated next door to a new building.
