“I was in LA vacationing for the 1st time. I went to the Beverly Hills location and received the best customer service I had ever. I didn't have room in my luggage to take back 2 pair of shoes. So the manager Mr. Cornelius had them shipped at no cost. So convenient. Shoes arrived as he stated but I had some defects with both pair. I called to let the store location know and to see what could be done. Top notch customer service from the young lady (I didn't get her name sorry) to her relaying the message to store Manager Cornelius who was due to come in but an hour from my call. As promised the store manager called me back and handle my defective shoes with unprecedented service I've never had. Hands down I will continue shopping with Sam Edelman because of their level of customer care. Great job!”

“If you're shopping at Neiman Marcus, find Blair! She was an absolutely angel. Working with her was an incredible experience from start to finish. She helped style me for the Tony Awards, and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.
Throughout the entire process, Blair was patient, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right look. I tried on many dresses and ultimately got stuck between two. We initially ordered one dress in a smaller size, but once it arrived, it became clear it wasn't the right choice. Rather than trying to force it, Blair had thoughtfully held the other dress I had been considering, which ended up being perfect. She also helped coordinate the shoes, and the entire look came together seamlessly. I received compliments all night.
What I appreciated most was how easy she made the process feel. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also warm and approachable. I always felt like she was listening to what I wanted while offering honest guidance when I needed it. There were other sales people who wouldn't even look at me in my workout clothes or it felt like they didn't take me seriously enough to want to invest their time, but not Blair. She was thoughtful from the beginning.
The experience was especially meaningful because it took place at Neiman Marcus. I grew up shopping there with my mom, so returning as an adult to find my Tony Awards look felt like a real full-circle moment. Blair made the experience feel special without ever making it feel intimidating.
