“I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed my favorite store in the world. I shop here so much that everyone knows my name. The customer service here is exemplary. I am always greeted with a smile and such kind energy. Most stores in this area have a reputation for not being friendly to everybody that walks in but not this store. The cost of the merchandise is very well priced. If you’ve never bought MCM, then I’ll tell you that the quality of the clothing is by far greater than you’d expect. Don’t sleep on MCM. I’ve been rocking this for a while now and they never disappoint. I would definitely recommend this store to shop.”

“The store is very welcoming and the window dress from the street view really converse with you...the clothes and other decor really draws you in. While in Beverly Hills, you must do as the Beverly Hills folks do, and that is to window shop...! You walk along looking at all the wonderful items...and then all of a sudden...your no longer outside, but inside of TAGS....where as I entered to get a closer look at more of this prized loot...a very friendly gentleman stopped his work and kindly spoke to me about certain selections in men attire.He was very knowledgeable and indicated he had worked as a personal shopper for a number of entertainers in the past. One I was very familiar with from a former UPN network show that I was a writer on.The young man who is named J.J. gave me a number of wonderful ideas for my wifes upcoming birthday on the 25th of September.He really assisted me by going out of his way to call my wife and direct her on how to make a boutique appointment for specialized shopping needs. He was very attentive to me and my wife on the phone and answered all of her questions and mine with details.He treated us very well. Will come back again in the future. Most definitely, my wife has set an appointment.I am very impressed with TAGS. The window decore really draws you in.”

“Was looking for pre-owned luxury bags, primarily Gucci, when I came across What Goes Around Comes Around. We did have to wait outside in the heat for maybe 15 minutes, which wasn't fun. After going inside, the experience was great. They didn't have what I was looking for, but they do have a lot of luxury handbags. Some great, quality pieces. Ended up liking a Chanel bag, but chose not to get it because of the strap not being ideal length. Service was great during our visit and we would come again.”

“So happy I found this spot. Neta is a really lovely and sweet person and treated me like she was a friend helping me shop for clothes. I probably put on 30 pairs of pants and jeans to find two that fit perfectly, and she was constantly popping in to check the fits and bring more options. It was refreshing after dealing with some rude salespeople at another store. 100% only dealing with Neta from now on”

“I stopped in while visiting LA from the east coast and ended up spending hours talking to Monica as I tried on pieces from her wonderful collection. Her collections of Oscar De La Renta and Herve Leger were particularly impressive, but there really was a little bit of everything. It was all immaculately restored, organized, and preserved, further showing how much Monica cares about her store and her customers. She lives and breathes luxury. After tea, I left with a stunning contemporary vintage Emilio Pucci gown and a pair of Gucci heels, but I’ll be sure to leave more room in my suitcase next time.Definitely worth the trip over to that part of Beverly Hills. “High fashion brand store on Rodeo. Came here on a weekend in the afternoon and there was no wait. Maggie helped us, and she was awesome - very eager to help and efficient in bringing out options from both storage to find the right bag for a present. She helped gift wrap the bag as well.Metered street parking. They offered water, espresso, as well as champagne. They had Yves St Laurent branded stevia and sugar packets, which I thought was super cute. Credit/debit cards accepted and they bring the card reader to you. You will need to create an account in order to be able to bring in the bag for any repairs during the 2-year warranty.”

“I have been captivated by the AllSaints window displays since they opened earlier this year and I finally got a chance to check out this amazing store! I love the AllSaint vibe! It's edgy and hip but sophisticated and classy at the same time. There are both men and women's lines. This particular store is quite large. It is one of their flagship stores. The dressing rooms are comfortable and nicely sized. They have a sale section upstairs in the back of the store. Customer service was very sweet as well. 10% off when you sign up for the e-mail newsletter. Public parking structure located a few feet away next to Crate and Barrel and metered street parking is also available.”

“Long story short I bought a pair of shoes my wife did not like. When I went back in David Leonti helped me out to return the pair that did not work and gave me great advice to find me a great pair. He was beyond professional and was so helpful. The Lanvin corporate internet system was down that day and so was FedEx. Even so he was still able to find the tracking number of the shoes and was so prompt getting back to me via text message. I am very impressed and will always ask for him when going to the store. Btw love the shoes!”
