“MCM has one of the most welcoming luxury shopping environments I’ve experienced. The boutique is beautifully organized, making it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave helpful recommendations while allowing us to shop at our own pace. The craftsmanship and quality of the bags, accessories, and apparel are immediately noticeable, and seeing everything in person gives you a whole new appreciation for the brand. It was an enjoyable shopping experience from beginning to end, and I’ll definitely be back.”

“The store is very welcoming and the window dress from the street view really converse with you...the clothes and other decor really draws you in. While in Beverly Hills, you must do as the Beverly Hills folks do, and that is to window shop...! You walk along looking at all the wonderful items...and then all of a sudden...your no longer outside, but inside of TAGS....where as I entered to get a closer look at more of this prized loot...a very friendly gentleman stopped his work and kindly spoke to me about certain selections in men attire.He was very knowledgeable and indicated he had worked as a personal shopper for a number of entertainers in the past. One I was very familiar with from a former UPN network show that I was a writer on.The young man who is named J.J. gave me a number of wonderful ideas for my wifes upcoming birthday on the 25th of September.He really assisted me by going out of his way to call my wife and direct her on how to make a boutique appointment for specialized shopping needs. He was very attentive to me and my wife on the phone and answered all of her questions and mine with details.He treated us very well. Will come back again in the future. Most definitely, my wife has set an appointment.I am very impressed with TAGS. The window decore really draws you in.”

“Was here about 3 weeks ago and me and my dad was looking for a particular bag, unfortunately it was unavailable at the store, and we have a limited time as we are flying out in 2 days, but thankfully Maria was there to help us get the bag from their online store and have it delivered to our hotel. Their staff are so accomodating and you would feel extremely welcome to look around the shop, cause of this we also bought another item and it was sooo worth it. “Pol'Atteu Couture is a small shop specializing in exclusive wedding, lingerie and glamorous fashions. The shop is located on Dayton Way across from Via Alloro and next to J Sabry Fine Art Gallery. The main owner Pol'Atteu was not present but his husband and partner Patrick Simpson was in the shop along with a white Maltese named Snowball. Both greeted Me and Fendi. It was my first time inside the shop, which was filled with fancy glamorous gowns, similarly worn by the late celebrity icon Anna Nicole, who was a client and friend of this designer. He appeared in several of Anna Nicole's reality shows, which I didn't really follow but am aware of. Although, I didn't make a purchase, I was cordially welcomed and received assistance with a smile. Anna Nicole's story was tragic, but it's nice to know she has friends that memorialize her with the book about Anna Nicole, an icon. The book is filled with pictures of Anna Nicole dressed in splashy sparkling gowns perfect for an icon and this shop is filled with those gowns...perhaps someone you know or for the Icon in You! Worth a visit!”
“So happy I found this spot. Neta is a really lovely and sweet person and treated me like she was a friend helping me shop for clothes. I probably put on 30 pairs of pants and jeans to find two that fit perfectly, and she was constantly popping in to check the fits and bring more options. It was refreshing after dealing with some rude salespeople at another store. 100% only dealing with Neta from now on”
“I'm very impressed with the quality of the clothing I've bought from Susanna Beverly Hills. It's hard to find business clothing & high-quality dresses that fit me just right but I was able to find a nice selection there. The designs are modern and high class and the fabrics are elegant and luxurious. Susanna was also very helpful when it came to helping me find the right outfit for a special a occasion that fit my body shape and skin tone.”
“I’m sorry this review is so late, but I couldn’t let this experience go without mentioning it. I visited the Polo Ralph Lauren store in Beverly Hills on September 9th, 2025, and it’s still one of the most memorable shopping experiences I’ve had.
One of the team members, who looked incredibly well put together and perfectly represented the brand, complimented my outfit. It was such a simple gesture, but it genuinely made my day, and I still think about it and smile. I truly hope they’re still working there because they deserve all the credit for making customers feel so welcome and valued.
I also really appreciated that the staff didn’t treat us like typical tourists. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. It’s those little moments of kindness and outstanding customer service that leave a lasting impression. I can’t wait to visit again one day!”

Joanna is very helpful in putting the complete look together which is always fashion forward and very fun. Her clothes are packable, mix and match that are great for travel. Joanna is eager to please and will always try her best to make her customer's happy. We invited her to do a Fashion Show for us and it was a big success.
