The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the store was clean and had a very nice selection.”

He is truly an artist, a designer and a craftsman. And he has literally refurbished worn shoes that should have been thrown out, but instead worked his magic and great craftsmanship to make them new and beautiful again. (see attached photos!).
He is honest, talented, and fabulous at what he does.

“I was in LA vacationing for the 1st time. I went to the Beverly Hills location and received the best customer service I had ever. I didn't have room in my luggage to take back 2 pair of shoes. So the manager Mr. Cornelius had them shipped at no cost. So convenient. Shoes arrived as he stated but I had some defects with both pair. I called to let the store location know and to see what could be done. Top notch customer service from the young lady (I didn't get her name sorry) to her relaying the message to store Manager Cornelius who was due to come in but an hour from my call. As promised the store manager called me back and handle my defective shoes with unprecedented service I've never had. Hands down I will continue shopping with Sam Edelman because of their level of customer care. Great job!”
