“Great gym with really long lineage of traditions and history. The main coach is a record holder: the fastest promotion to a black belt. Really knowledgeable, and other coaches are really good too. Compared to the guys from the other gyms the guys are much tougher and are really knowledgeable. Good gym, they have a great program for beginners.”

The outdoor retailer plans to open a 100,000-square-foot store in College Station, Texas, in 2028. It'll sit along State Highway 6, north of William D. Fitch Parkway, next to a Costco and in front of the future South College Station baseball and softball complex. On Sept. 24, the College Station City Council approved a $10.84 million sale of 28 acres in a unanimous vote. Bass Pro gets about 14 acres for its store. Dallas-based Corinth Properties will build a mixed-use project with restaurants and an event plaza on the other 14.
