“I’ve shipped multiple cars due to relocations and college locations with another shipper no longer in business. While under time pressure to move my vehicle, I read reviews about shippers. A review for Henry caught my attention because it said Henry helped them in a pinch to move a car from point A to B. This review described my situation. I’m so glad that I chose Henry. He under-promised and over-delivered. The vehicle was picked up at my daughter’s apartment in Washington, D.C., on Saturday evening. She flew to Atlanta the next day in the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised that I picked her up at the airport in the car. She laughed because the car arrived before she did. The driver was professional and delivered the car without any issues. The price was reasonable and competitive with other shippers. Henry’s quick follow-up and attention to detail made all the difference for me. Don’t bother looking anywhere else for your car transport needs. “This company goes above and beyond! I was very comfortable with the three movers; they are professional, efficient, and friendly. I had a situation where I moved to does not allow moving trucks after 5 pm; I did not know this. So Tim contacted his manager, and they let my stuff stay in the back of the truck and returned with it the following day. The alternative was to return to the old house and unpack the truck. Tim sacrificed his day off to do this for us, even though his parents were flying in. Siba, the office manager was always available to answer any questions. I am so grateful to this company. Don't hesitate; they are the best. I know this is the 4th time I have moved in 6 years, and the last.”

“Whenever I've gone to pick up a parking permit they've been fast and had it ready to go. They're also really helpful with answering any parking related questions you might have. On the second floor is the citation review office where you can go to contest any parking tickets you receive. However the hours of operation are limited and it's much easier to contest it on line.”
