Really like Big Bear, just a bit close to the highway and conveniences (stores) for me. Our unit was closer to both so it was a bit loud when we were on our deck. Great staff and service.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Room service is not available, so any requested items must be picked up directly from Building 1. Fresh towels and linens are provided on a strict one-to-one exchange basis. On the plus side, the pool, spa, and game room are very nice.
