About Chateau Big Bear Boutique Hotel, BW Signature Collection
Chateau Big Bear Boutique Hotel is a beautiful and stunning place to stay, with lovely and inviting grounds and reception area. The hotel is very comfortable, featuring huge rooms with large, comfortable beds, balconies with views of the woods or pool, and spotless bathrooms. The decoration blends an old style mountain hotel with contemporary touches like new TVs. Staff at the front desk are kind, nice, very friendly, helpful, and provide exceptional customer service. The complementary breakfast is delicious, fantastic, very good, and well stocked with a good variety, including items like eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, fruit salad, and more. The hotel also offers a pool, hot tub, gym, and game room. It is in walking distance to some handy amenities. While overall the hotel is OK, a negative note mentioned an issue with an air conditioning unit during one stay, which was a key reason for choosing this hotel as one of few in the area with AC. Many guests loved their stay, felt relaxed, and would definitely return.
I don't stay here but I do come almost everyday and have their al you can eat breakfast buffet...walk in price $10 not bad for 3 hours of eating lol ..But if you decide to stay it's free with your room Enjoy

Great experience and wonderful staff and facility. Breakfast and coffee were top-notch and the bar knows how to make a great Old Fashion.

My family comes here every year for Mother's Day and we love this place. The trail behind the hotel is always fun for the kids and it's close to everything we want to do.
