“We had the pleasure of being helped by Elisa Magallanes this past Saturday. We are painting the outside and inside of our home and needed samples of our HOA approved paint schemes. Elisa greeted us right away and was super helpful in not only printing out our scheme choices but also pulling all the color card samples so we could take them home to review and make our final decision. “It seems that any odd or tool type gadgets that can't be found elsewhere in the other well-known home improvement stores can more than likely be found here. Foothills Builders' barn has always been a great place for such items, amongst other personal items I appreciate them for. Such as there nursery which house a great variety of plants, an extensive selection of spray paint, and not to leave out those seasonal items too. If it's a quick run in, or place to shop around to get some updated data or info. The builders barn will have you reconsidering the "true value" of the improvements and items that are purchased. Before realizing that the service is always available from the beginning to the end of every visit.”

“Great quality paint, but customer service is lacking...When we decided to paint the exterior of our house, our painter told us he prefers to use Dunn-Edwards Paint. We were excited to look at color samples, and immediately hopped on the website to see what they had. We picked out a few colors that night, and then went to the store the next day. Please note: what appears online and/or the paint cards is not always the same color of the actual paint. With that being said, we entered the store, no hi, hello, or welcome. We made our way to the samples and started looking. No one asked us if we needed any help or anything. The only time we were talked to was at the actual time of purchasing the paint samples. Quite disappointing. With that being said, we made due on our own. As for the paint...OMG my house looks beautiful. The colors are so rich. Excellent quality products. Of course it helps to have a great painter too!”

“7am to 3pm. Loading unloading time. You can park on the street overnight. I saw no parking sign one side of the road but lot's of truck and only trailer parked on the street. If you worried about overnight parking it's all trucking area, you can find parking close by.”

“I recently purchased a Duromax XP15000HXT. It came as promised. I connected a small propaned tank and it started on the 2nd try. After it ran for about 2 hours it began to surge. That was becaused it was cold outside and the propane tank had frozen up. I shut it down and moved it back inside. 3 days later I had decided to finish the break-in period with gasoline until I got larger propane tanks. It tried to start but, immediately stopped. I tried this several times with no luck. I then reconnected the propane tank which naturally had thawed out by then. Same results, it would try to start but, immediately "stumble" and stop and the battery was getting low. I connected a charger to the battery and then I called Duromax service and left a message for them to call me back. While waiting about 20 minutes I decided to go and try it again. Immediately it started and ran on the propane. Then I switched it over to gasoline, waited a few minutes and then I tried again and it immediately started and ran on the gasoline. About 2 hours later I got a call from a representative. After I explained it all he told me that when I change fuels it may take a little time for the electronics to change over. Perhaps I over reacted a little at first but, we have a large Winter storm approaching and most likely we will lose power. Anyway, bottom line is I think it should be put in the instructions or some kind of notice that when the unit is switched from gasoline to propane it may take a little time for the electronics to switch over. However, I am very pleased they returned my call so suddenly.”

“This store is one of the cleanest hardware places I ever shopped at. I was needing a faucet stem and didn't know much about them, not the case anymore. I learned more about faucet parts at this location in about a half hour and I'm sure if I would have got help from an associate I could have learned more that I'm sure of. I felt the self help section in faucet stems was more than helpful. There's a ton of stuff here you won't find at the big box stores and if Crown Ace Hardware had my part I was needing I would have given them a 5 star rating”

“sometimes the sales here are so good, it makes me wonder if this stuff was stolen. 2 pack of Milwaukee 6ah high output batteries for $100. no other vendor has ever even come close to that price. this is just one example. i bought lots of cool stuff herenever had my order cancelled. some other vendors list "deals" hold the money for a week then cancel a whole bunch of orders. never seen it happen here”
