“We had the pleasure of being helped by Elisa Magallanes this past Saturday. We are painting the outside and inside of our home and needed samples of our HOA approved paint schemes. Elisa greeted us right away and was super helpful in not only printing out our scheme choices but also pulling all the color card samples so we could take them home to review and make our final decision. All this with a very professional and sunny disposition. She really knows her stuff and was extremely helpful and fun to work with. Highly recommend her!”

The have paints in good quality, better and best! You can get a durable bathroom paint in a Matte finish! Love this paint and the people who work here! “Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. I bought several different colors of Cashmere. My handyman who does a lot of painting was so impressed with how well it flowed and covered. He commented he used a lot less paint than he anticipated he would need because it covered so well. I tried some of your beach hues - Tradewinds, Upward, Sea Salt. Turned out so beautiful. Sherwin Williams paint and customer service is excellent. You have me sold on your product!”

“I've had to visit this store several times, and despite not buying paint right there and then, each of my visits has been amazing as if I was an immediate paying customer.You're greeted upon entrance, and the staff is actually eager to help you. Our ongoing projects at home require us to visit and select colors so that our painter can purchase the material and complete our work. The staff here is aware of this, and has been so helpful :)People who like to work, and are open to helping should be rewarded, I hope this location stays around forever!”
“Great quality paint, but customer service is lacking...When we decided to paint the exterior of our house, our painter told us he prefers to use Dunn-Edwards Paint. We were excited to look at color samples, and immediately hopped on the website to see what they had. We picked out a few colors that night, and then went to the store the next day. Please note: what appears online and/or the paint cards is not always the same color of the actual paint. With that being said, we entered the store, no hi, hello, or welcome. We made our way to the samples and started looking. No one asked us if we needed any help or anything. The only time we were talked to was at the actual time of purchasing the paint samples. Quite disappointing. With that being said, we made due on our own. As for the paint...OMG my house looks beautiful. The colors are so rich. Excellent quality products. Of course it helps to have a great painter too!”

“I came to this store with two old paint samples and they were matched perfectly! The service was great and quality isn't rushed so don't be in a hurry. Special thanks to Jessica for giving me great advice and very fair prices. Customer service is so good. Sure I could of save 5-10 dollars are a big store but why, when the paint and products were high quality and there expertise in all things paint are worth it. Try getting good customer service at the other places and you'll wait half a day. Do yourself a favor and use this place. Save time and with that money! Ask for Jessica!”

“Best Vista paint shop in the IE! I had been purchasing paint for HOA requests since October. I showed Oliver (owner) my needs for my fence and he was beyond helpful. Very knowledgeable. I visited a second time for help on the side of my wall. And again Oliver assisted me with my needs and he is honest with his recommendations. Our HOA came at us with request to paint home and on my third visit Oliver gave me several options which was very helpful/appreciative for. I had already talked to other painters recommended by my friends and HOA recommended but I came back to Oliver. I could not trust what the other bids were giving me. Oliver came to my home and gave me quote and sent the most reliable, honest and hard working paint guy (Carlos) for my home. Hands down my home is pretty much the most beautiful one in the block! Thank you Oliver. I highly recommend. (I will update with pictures soon!)”
“A huge thank you to Herson! My husband and I were looking for help in choosing interior paint color for. We'd did the typical paint swatches from home depot and Lowe's which good but only lead us need more help than we started out needing so we took trip Dunn Edward's. Although the person assisting us was very nice she did not seem to be any more informed about color than we were. Our next trip was to Sherman Williams. Herson was extremely knowledgeable on color, color base and finishes. We were very satisfied with our color choices and would highly recommend a visit if you're looking for knowledgeable and friendly assistance.”

“I had a great experience at this location today. I had phoned ahead to make sure that they had a very special commercial style paint, which they did. When I showed up a half an hour later they already have them shaken and set aside for me. Without having to ask they brought the 12 gallons out to my truck and help me load it. I believe that Sherwin Williams makes top notch paint and paint supplies, couple that with the outstanding service I can’t help but highly recommend them.”

“Allways very professional every time I've been there. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and allways the the time to explain the paint ratios and ready with professional advice and suggestions to achieve exactly what you are trying to accomplish. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also a lot of people don't know but they can make you an spray paint aerosol paint can of any factory color for a very reasonable price. Just give them your paint code and 10 minutes later there it is. So needless to say touch ups are way easier when you don't have to set up your spray gun, mix the right ratio, etc. Thanks again you guys for making my life a little easier.”
“I have to respectfully disagree about the customer service at the Riverside location. I have been going to this store for years. No matter how busy they are, they treat every customer with respect and patience. They are super efficient and your order is ready within the time frame they give you. They have given me a lot of advice through the years on projects, and I have heard them do the same for others in front of me. Also, you can tell they are very attentive to their customers in the trades and work hard to keep them moving and back to the job. Remember being in the customer service field is not always easy, so try not to judge those that serve us too harshly after just one bad experience.”
