“I have visited this branch for many years. I have always been treated with a lot of respect and the employees here are very professional and friendly. I am always had a good experience here. This branch location is very convenient to my home and work. Although it can be busy at times, I have not had to wait long. No problems here. I only recommended Chase Bank branch.”

“I started my membership with Mission Federal Credit Union in 1976. I am recommending Mission Fed because over all those years my experience has been generally good. That said, I did have a bad experience at the Poway branch recently. I was charged twice for an international wire transfer. The branch manager, and the vendor that I wired the funds to each blamed each other for the “mistake”. I explained to the manager that I am just the consumer, and I trusted that they would know how to perform the transaction. That didn’t happen, and I had to pay an additional $40, for a total of $80, to wire funds overseas. Even though The Poway branch is much closer to me, I will be going to the Rancho Bernardo branch from now on since I have never had any issues with them.”

“I have to say, this is a good small branch of Wells Fargo. Business can be a bit slow and we have that one lane open while there are long lines. The renovation of the bank is spectacular and looks modern. The ATM is located at the side of the building facing towards the road and sidewalk but where else would the put the ATM? On the road?”
