True to her name, Glenda exuded goodness and kindness and she saved me almost 2 percentage points on my APR AND got me $200 cash back AND followed up with me to ensure from start to finish that all my banking needs were well cared for!! “As far as I'm is and I will go to another bank ever I enjoy having Bank Of America as my bank I like the fact they have secured debit card with have Your photo on it the service is fantastically great they're always on my need help is always there somebody help you if I go customer service they just is good except on the week weekends at night what sucks the most and one time I use the bank at Wells Fargo I have you a hello not have to work New Year's go to me it's Bank America and only Bank America”

“This bank in particular and their employee Jose Espinosa came through. My mother had been trying for 60 days from US Bank's corporate line and their Eastlake Branch in Chula Vista to retrieve my deceased father's funds. Both of them failed miserably. When we came here and explained what happened Jose listened and acted immediately. We presented a letter and the documents needed. A few days later my mother received a loss of declaration form from this branch. It appears my mother will finally receive what is rightfully hers. Thank you to Jose and this bank for doing my mother right. Your corporate line and the Eastlake Branch could learn a few things about treating customers correctly from this bank. Thanks again Jose!”
“In the moment once I came in as I was already going to have in time customer service assistance on my way in with one of the bank tellers she took the time set the preparations looked on at my paperwork I was wanting to get a direct deposit checkings account and reviewed my information details but yes sure enough she had made some reviewing and it for me to already have all in motion the was fixed and current. “Wow... I read a few of the reviews here. And I have to say they are so out of the norm. I have been an NFCU client for 42 years and I have never EVER experienced anything like the complaints. Are there long lines? Sure, if you come at 5pm on a Friday! Or 9am on a Monday! Get real folks. That's like complaining about the wait at a breakfast place on mother's day! I have always been treated well and with proffesionalism. It's definately better than Wells Fargo or BofA....hands down!”

“Every time I come into this branch I'm greeted with great customer service. Today I received some thing in the mail that set apart Lourdes, and this branch from every other bank I've ever think that, or entered. A little backstory, I don't ever take my kids into the bank I always make sure I have accommodations for them but last month I did not have a choice and had to take and three toddlers with me. The line was long but each teller was doing their part and keeping the flow consistent. When I got to the teller, Lourdes saw how I was struggling a bit and gave each one of my babies a sticker which helped keep them calm so that we could finish my transaction. Today I checked my mail and received this thank you card along with additional stickers. When I tell you I am speechless, I am speechless! This is customer service that goes above and beyond is there a standard and I am so grateful that she thought about us! God bless you Lourdes!!!”
