I wasn't aware you had to sign in on a computer for service. Upon arrival none of the managers on duty, took it upon themselves to help me, nor welcome me in. As soon as Charles realized I was there, after about 10-15 minutes, he asked me if I needed help , and then explained to me, that I have to sign in on the computer.
