I have had some Macs repaired as well and they do a great job as well as less expensive than taking it to apple. Also sometimes they will do repairs when Apple won't.”

“I recently purchased a Spirit XE295 Elliptical from Fitness Direct in San Diego, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The machine arrived at my home in Central California in under a week, and Fitness Direct coordinated seamless white‑glove delivery and assembly. Andy guided me through the selection process with genuine expertise, helping me choose the perfect machine and keeping me informed every step of the way. This is actually the second machine I’ve purchased from Fitness Direct, and their consistent professionalism, product knowledge, and customer care are exactly why I keep coming back.
As for the XE295 itself—it’s a powerhouse. The stride is quiet and smooth, the build feels rock‑solid, and although it’s labeled as a residential machine, it performs like something straight out of a commercial gym. I’m especially impressed with the sleek black finish, the Bluetooth connectivity, and the built‑in console fan, which is a surprisingly great touch during longer sessions.

“I had an emergency and needed help. Shannon, office manager at the National City, CA store, (3430 Highland Ave National City, CA 91950
United States) helped me when the other store, Ross next to Office Depot, wouldn’t. Ross Store decided not to show understanding and kindness towards me. I had spent thousands in that store, Ross for years and have been a long time customer. They would not understand that I just needed quick help to get my phone working again because it died and I had my cord to get it working again. I just needed to get it turned on so I can use the Lyft App to get myself home. I understand there are rules however each situation needs to be analyze and sometimes there should be an exception to the rule. I have a lot of medical issues including that I’m diabetic which Shannon was not aware of. She offered kindness while others did not at the Ross Store. I asked to talk to the manager and supervisor of Ross and they just said no, we can’t help you. Shannon on the other hand was accommodating and helped me to get my phone to work and Val the person at the cashier talked with me until Lyft arrived to take me home. Shannon offered me water because I was so stressed about what all transpired that day. It was a long day and I told Shannon what had happened to me and I’m glad she was kind to help me. Please recognize Shannon as well as Val for helping me when I needed the kindness and understanding that I was looking for. Please tell them both Thank you and appreciated them both very much.”

He was so patient and kind to a senior woman seeking help with her phone. He also made sure I was attended right away when he noticed that I had been waiting for over 30 min past my appt time.
My general recommendation to this store is to allow more time in between appts so that people don’t have to wait so long. There’s no point in scheduling an app if customers still have to wait over 20 min to be seen.”

I wasn't aware you had to sign in on a computer for service. Upon arrival none of the managers on duty, took it upon themselves to help me, nor welcome me in. As soon as Charles realized I was there, after about 10-15 minutes, he asked me if I needed help , and then explained to me, that I have to sign in on the computer. “This was the first Apple Store I ever visited many years ago, and it is just as good today as it was then. As a thriller author, a YouTuber, and a musician, I’ve used Apple products for more than twenty years.
The nice part about this store is that it’s a different retail experience. You interact directly with a clerk. There is no self-checkout here, which I prefer. Being in Fashion Valley, the experience is upscale.
I loved how the sales associate was able to explain the pros and cons of purchasing a phone outright versus leasing it from a cell phone provider. It helped me make a solid decision.
