CashCo on University is the complete opposite in the fact that the staff there is friendly and welcoming. I had an engagement ring that I was ready to part was with. Both Andrew and Julian walked me through the process, were honest, and even ensured the price we agreed on would be honored as I shopped around for a competing offer. Couldn't ask for much more than that. After the process was complete, I walked out a very satisfied customer. They understood the value of the ring and didn't pressure me or lowball. “I took my iPhone to this store (HMB Cellular on El Cajon Blvd) two days ago. It was damaged when I slammed my car hatch door while the phone was sitting right on the latch. It certainly damaged the screen severely but also a dent on the back of the phone. I was certain the mother board inside was probably damaged. The young man at the front counter, whose name I don’t recall, was extremely kind and helpful. He kept Re-assuring me that although it looked bad, it was still possible for the inside to be intact. He proceeded to open the phone and checked all inside parts in detail which took him a good hour, and told me the phone was still completely intact and that only the screen would be needed to be replaced. He replaced the screen. My phone works as well as it did prior to the damage. Thank you HMB Cellular)! I can now see why you have 382 reviews and all with 5 stars! I will certainly be referring friends and family!”

“The battery light was coming on in my 2016 Subaru Outback occasionally. Eventually my stereo and the driver assist system started cutting out. The dealer charged me $150 to tell me they couldn't reproduce it and didn't know what was wrong. Louie replaced just the voltage regulator portion of my alternator and it's been working perfectly ever since. If you need anything done related to your alternator, he is the man to see.”

“I recently purchased a Spirit XE295 Elliptical from Fitness Direct in San Diego, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The machine arrived at my home in Central California in under a week, and Fitness Direct coordinated seamless white‑glove delivery and assembly. The setup was flawless, and the XE295 looks incredible in my home gym shed.
Andy guided me through the selection process with genuine expertise, helping me choose the perfect machine and keeping me informed every step of the way. This is actually the second machine I’ve purchased from Fitness Direct, and their consistent professionalism, product knowledge, and customer care are exactly why I keep coming back.
As for the XE295 itself—it’s a powerhouse. The stride is quiet and smooth, the build feels rock‑solid, and although it’s labeled as a residential machine, it performs like something straight out of a commercial gym. I’m especially impressed with the sleek black finish, the Bluetooth connectivity, and the built‑in console fan, which is a surprisingly great touch during longer sessions.

“Carlos and Khalid were great! I switched from T-Mobile and Metro PCS. My biggest thing is being able to get in and out as quick as possible and both Metro and T-Mobile took over an hour and a half sometimes close to 2 hours to get me squared away with a new phone. I went into cricket and was greeted by Carlos and I told him I want to get in and out of here quick with a phone and new service, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes paid and done. I would recommend this location entirely, and would recommend cricket in general as I've already experienced far better quality of service.”
“~ Myself and my Sister went to this location today. We went to go inside this location but the door was locked. We were walking to the parking lot to leave and we heard a female mentioned to us she was opening this location. She goes on to say this location was closed and locked due to her being in a meeting on El Cajon , CA. The employee who was scheduled to be there did not show up for work. While she was unlocking the door , preparing to open the store she was calm , courteous and professional. I explained I’m with my Sister to assist her in getting a phone. She throughly answered all all of our questions about plans and pricing. She did not rush us at all. She did a test call to make sure the phone was working and kindly changed the ringtone to my Sister liking. There was One guest waiting after us. Marbella delivered exceptional customer service today! Should I become aware that someone needs a phone I will send them to this location and have them to ask for Marbella! “This Target located at Grossmont Center is two story store. It is easy to forget that the main entrance is the 2nd floor. I was stuck momentarily in the elevator because I was pressing the "2" and the door just kept reopening. After 2 or 3 tries I realized I was already on the 2nd floor. I did finally make it to the first floor as that is where the mens department is located.”

“This is more about Vision center. Customer service is great. I picked up my glasses in August and they cracked in October. They replaced my frames that day. I was not without glasses for any time. Happy Customer.
P.S. if you don't know where the center is located because you missed the tiny stand right as you enter. Turn right, go past registers, and halfway down look for hanging Vision sign and go right to enter center. If you get lost ask a nice person in red.”
