I had a great experience buying my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra from this shop. The phone was in excellent condition, exactly as described, clean, original, and working perfectly. Battery life, screen quality, camera, and performance are all outstanding. The price was very fair compared to other stores, and I felt confident that I was getting a genuine device with no hidden issues. “I love 7-11 in general but this is by far my favorite store. The staff is kind, they provide quick service, and they always allow me to use their restroom.
One day I was at the register and I mentioned a drink that I really liked. I didn't talk about wanting the drink, I was just speaking openly about it. The next time I came in, that drink in the exact flavor that I mentioned was in the drink fridge. Denisse, the assistant manager, ordered the drink so it would be in stock for myself and all the other customers. I have never received that level of service without even asking for it. This 7-11 is a neighborhood gem.
The store manager Mark is also an incredible human. He is social and funny, but mostly kind. I would love to have a job with a manager like that in charge, as it is rare in this day and age.
Everyone who works here remembers me when I come in. It feels like family ?”

We were walking to the parking lot to leave and we heard a female mentioned to us she was opening this location. She goes on to say this location was closed and locked due to her being in a meeting on El Cajon , CA. The employee who was scheduled to be there did not show up for work. While she was unlocking the door , preparing to open the store she was calm , courteous and professional. I explained I’m with my Sister to assist her in getting a phone. She throughly answered all all of our questions about plans and pricing. She did not rush us at all. She did a test call to make sure the phone was working and kindly changed the ringtone to my Sister liking. There was One guest waiting after us.
