βFirst time leaving a review. I’ve been coming here for over a decade. Fantastic Shop. Don’t waste your money on a brand new POS alternator from AutoZone or Amazon. Bring your broken stock quality one here and they’ll fix it at an extremely reasonable price. They have OEM refurbished quality radiators. Better than anything you’re gonna get from an auto parts store.β

βI was on a business trip when my camera malfunctioned. I was able to place a hold for a rental online and arrive as soon as they opened to snag the camera! Everyone was friendly and helpful and even suggested a local place to get my broken camera looked at. They saved the day!β

I had a great experience buying my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra from this shop. The phone was in excellent condition, exactly as described, clean, original, and working perfectly. Battery life, screen quality, camera, and performance are all outstanding. The price was very fair compared to other stores, and I felt confident that I was getting a genuine device with no hidden issues. The staff took their time to show me the phone, test everything, and make sure I was fully satisfied before purchasing.

βAfter fighting with T-Mobile about whether or not my address is able to utilize their 5G WiFi, I was able to obtain the 5G internet Gateway. It works beautifully, despite the fact that T-Mobile said it wouldn't. Don't always believe what they initially tell you.β

βI have a 48’ blue water sailboat built in 2006. I planned a voyage from San Diego into the Sea of Cortez in 2023. I decided to upgrade the original electronics. I was frustrated trying to work with a couple of electronics installation professional on Shelter Island. A friend suggested I give Upgrade Marine a call. I called and was immediately impressed with their customer service and general knowledge of electronics. They came in and helped me understand what makes sense for what I wanted to accomplish. They did an outstanding job installing a new Raymarine system. I made the voyage into the sea of Cortez and back to San Diego. The electronics performed very well and really improved the journey and continue to work great to this day 6,000NM later. Fast forward to 2025 and I planned another voyage down to Cabo San Lucas and back. My AGM batteries were aged out and it was time to make a change. I worked with Upgrade Marine to install a Victron LiFePO4 system, add a high output alternator and improved solar panels. Again, Upgrade Marine did an outstanding job for me in all respects. I appreciated their clever use of space and installation designed to withstand heavy seas. I tested the new system at sea and at anchor on a 30-day journey to Cabo and back to San Diego. The system performed flawlessly. I highly recommend Upgrade Marine.β

services almost 12 whole years now. They are very helpful, very available and cooperative. I do not know what I would do without them--probably have to retire, as I use my computer a lot for my work--as minister of Community Congregational Church. I recommend Computer Guy services to anyone, old or young, who need a little (or a lot) of help with their computer.

βI recently got a new iPhone and for about a week I was struggling to login into my iCloud due to not remembering my password and not being able to reset it, I even went to the Apple Store but they didn’t help. As a was leaving the mall I saw a T-mobile store so I decided to go in and give it one last shot to see if somebody could help me. I was very fortunate to run into John he has great costumer service skills, he was very helpful and patient, after multiple attempts he was able to reset my password and I can use my phone again. Thanks John.β
βI've been with T-Mobile for over (9) years & the whole staff at your (Balboa) store has always been friendly & very Helpful! I wasn't aware of this until I visited a Verizon store in Claremont Balboa store with a friend & they were so rude & unhelpful to him & he was there customer. After witnessing this, I want T-Mobile to be Concradulated on their personal pick of employees at this store as they are unreplaceable. Thx again! For your great service.

β~ Myself and my Sister went to this location today. We went to go inside this location but the door was locked. We were walking to the parking lot to leave and we heard a female mentioned to us she was opening this location. She goes on to say this location was closed and locked due to her being in a meeting on El Cajon , CA. The employee who was scheduled to be there did not show up for work. While she was unlocking the door , preparing to open the store she was calm , courteous and professional. I explained Iβm with my Sister to assist her in getting a phone. She throughly answered all all of our questions about plans and pricing. She did not rush us at all. She did a test call to make sure the phone was working and kindly changed the ringtone to my Sister liking. There was One guest waiting after us. Marbella delivered exceptional customer service today! Should I become aware that someone needs a phone I will send them to this location and have them to ask for Marbella! Thank you again for assisting us today!β
βMost GameStops won’t even pick up the phone when they’re busy, but this location goes above and beyond to help their customers. All I needed was information about a console I purchased 4 years ago to make an insurance claim but couldn’t find anyone to help until I called Mission Valley GameStop! They were really busy but took the time to answer all my questions even though I had a million of them. Wish I got the guys name but I forgot to ask. Anyway he’s a LEGEND!β
