“The hospitality, care, and attention to detail was amazing at Mimo pets. I had requested for Cindy as the groomer, and the receptionist, Nicky, was so kind to coordinate our appointment over the phone the next day. The minute we took our little shih tzu Momo inside, Nicky immediately recognized us and was very thoroughly with understanding our request for keeping Momo’s hair long while giving her a peekaboo shave. :)
Momo was really nervous at first but the team really took care of her during her stay. Cindy did an amazing job with Momo’s haircut, and as pet parents— we loved Nicky’s positivity and attentiveness. We definitely will be coming back. Thank you so much!”
“I love this place. I get my chicken feed here. I also bought 3 chicks 4 years ago. They have hay bales, horse tack, dog food, kennels, coops etc. The staff is very nice and helpful also. Our favorite feed store in our little neck of the woods. 🥰”

“This was my first time washing the first dog I've ever owned and this experience was amazing. I have a fairly large 1-year-old Rottweiler named Winston and the staff was extremely helpful and patient explained everything to me The price was amazing I did the blueberry facial self wash and used the blow dryer area they had de-shedding tools available The staff was knowledgeable if I had any question and they offer grooming services as well in case I wanted to get him a haircut it's just the perfect place. The jams were awesome they were listening to the now that's what I call music CDs and I knew every lyric so I was singing to my dog while I was washing him hands down best experience I could have ever had!! Also you're welcome to whoever got to enjoy my free karaoke show”

“I was referred by another pet parent and this place did not disappoint! My pet and I were treated warmly. The groomer Cesar came out to meet his 1st time puppy client. He has a great personality and interacted with my pup right away. After asking me what I wanted for my fur baby he assured me it would go great. I felt easy leaving my baby for the first time. Boy...was I impressed when he walked her out. I would recommend this place for sure. ONLY 1 DOWNSIDE...THE PARKING. It's on one way street so be ready to double park lights flashing for quick drop off and pick up. Thanks again Cesar and staff!!”
“We are in town for a short visit and needed some natural dog food and supplies and this store delivered and then some. The raw dog bar kept my pup’s nose very busy while I shopped. Great store if you’re looking for raw doggy food, goat milk, dog food supplements and treats.”
“I've been going to this store since 2012 for my lovebirds. The store has an excellent toy/shredder section. The food/treat selection is excellent. Cages are a decent price. The prices overall are good and comparable to online sites for the most part. I've boarded my birds only a couple of times, but it was a good experience, and my birds didn't seem to disturbed. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have not purchased a bird here. My only gripe is the heavy metal sometimes played.”

“Recently started going to Paw Country and I love it! They got my pup switched on Small Batch Lightly Cooked sliders and it has been such a great change for him. They are very knowledgeable and really trust what they suggest. Brought my dog in today, usually he’s nervous about going into stores(he thinks it’s the vet) and he loved it here! Even picked a little treat out for himself and carried it out. Amazing store full of a variety of foods, treats and toys that are all healthy and everyone here is great”

“my cocker spaniel has been groomed in so many places because he gets a little difficult to be honest, also he has very sensitive skin so he cant be shaved or he gets too irritated/rash and scabs….. so i thought id try this place, if they do cats maybe they will handle him better AND YEEEESSSSS, they even say he is a GOOD BOY, they know what they’re doing, and how to do it, they send pictures of details, close ups to inner ear or anything found that you should know, they are the best best groomers and bailey actually likes them?”
“This place has everything you need to make a proper habitat for a super wide variety of animals, of which they have a large selection of well cared for species. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I had a bunch of questions and all of them were answered. Happy with my purchase of a new praying mantis for my bioactive terrarium. Stoked to find a place that carries mantids as well.”
“Recently got into freshwater fish. i’ve tried a few places and with most places staff just ignores you after sitting around staring at tanks. I decided to give this store a chance and let me tell you how nice it feels to be greeted at the door and to have someone almost immediately ask you what it is that you’re looking for. The gentleman who helped me was VERY knowledgeable and helped me pick out what would best suit my tank. i will be shopping here for any supplies and fish in the future. The store was very cleanly and all the fish looked happy and healthy compared to other stores i’ve been too, and they have a really good supply of different fish both salt and fresh and many more exciting things. if i could rate this place higher than a 5 star i would!”
“We were walking around North Park and originally walked past this store, thinking it was only for dogs. On our way back, we needed up stopping by and it was a great choice. The owners were so friendly and helped guide us towards great toys for our cats. Tonight our cats have been playing with the toys (the feather wand specifically), and I’ve never seen my already crazy cats be SO ACTIVE. This will 100% be my go to spot for cat toys and treats. Not only were the toys affordable compared to a big box store, the workers were so loving and caring.”

“Love taking my dog here for her baths. I use the self serve bath tubs and wash her myself and it’s worth it. The tubs are higher, so it takes the stress off your back and there is shampoo available if you need it. All other supplies are provided as well such and towels and you can even blow dry your dog if you want. My dog hates the dryer so we skip that part. Employees are very friendly, they know us and greet my dog in a way a dog lover should and every 10th wash is free! I highly recommend using this place for self wash or drop your dog off for grooming.”

“I walked into this pet store the other day just looking for a new toy for my dog, and ended up spending way longer than planned. They have a pretty nice selection, not huge but enough that you can usually find what you need. The staff was helpful when I asked about healthier treat options, and they pointed me toward a couple brands I hadn’t tried before. Prices seemed normal, maybe a bit higher on a few items but nothing crazy. The place was clean and didn’t have that strong pet-smell some stores get. Overall, it was a good visit and I’d go back if I’m in the area again.”
“Super friendly. They have a 10-item program for most, if not all, if the products they sell. They sell several dog food brands that you can't find at the big pet stores like Badlands Ranch. And they have nice variety of jerky treats and other animal treats, like rabbit, bison, duck, frogs legs, and such.”
