“Had a great first grooming experience for my chorkie Kiki thanks to Felipe. He was kind, very informative and took his time to get my anxious rescue to feel comfortable.
I was worried about how this experience would turn out since I've never dealt with dogs that needed grooming but, honestly, it went much smoother than i thought. Also, the other dogs that were being groomed during that time looked comfortable and well-taken care of.

I called the other location by mistake but the person on the other line(I'm sorry for not knowing your name) was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. I showed up to this location and they were very patient as well as knowledgeable. It was my first time being here and they showed me the options for my occasion.
