“Great place! We took our furr baby for a do it yourself bath after the beach! We had a lot ofFun using the hose to spray our pup and giving him a bath! It was good because we don’t have to worry about getting our bathroom at home all dirty! It’s was about $30 they let us use some aprons, towels, shampoo and toothpaste for our dog. Staff were really friendly and they have a ton of bake goods for pups!”

“I bought my first ever snake, a redtail boa constrictor, here in July and he is my best friend. Truly the most special, easy going, people loving snake. Chris dedicated what was probably ~2 hours to showing me around the store and answering all of my questions. I walked in with an intent to buy a snake within a month or so but was still in the research / "just looking around"' stage. He was so thorough, honest, and personable that I left a snake mama that same day. I got the tank and most of my supplies here too, and Chris took on the feat of loading said 60 gallon tank into my Scion FRS somehow. This is the type of place you want to come back just to visit-- amazing, friendly owner and staff and the coolest selection of animals. I have brought several friends with me here just for fun and come back to buy rats for Bourbon the boa.”

“Use the grooming service here. Have been going for almost 30 years. The groomer we use is really good. The pups love her. The grooming area is always clean, and the personnel are always friendly. We have taken 7 different pups here over the years. Will take any future pups here as well.The store is always clean and the employees are friendly. Sometimes, the line to check out can be a little long and slow. Eventually, they will have another register open. Overall, it is a nice place to shop.They have a very extensive selection of dog and cat food (wet and dry) and chew toys for dogs and cats of all sizes.Have not used the vet services at this location. Bancroft is a national chain. That is all I know about it.”

“Love that there's a vet in store very convenient, also have used their grooming services for baths for my big dog a few times and the woman, (I think her name is Luna) is a gem, so nice and was still friendly and accommodating when we were a bit late. Kudos to her.”
