“It's a well functioning and staffed trader Joe's. Clean. Temps in coolers are correct. You can usually checkout quickly except busiest times. Rarely have I seen items that were completely out. It is a good store.”
“I been coming here for 2 years now prior I was going to the one in elmonte and La puente but this location is actually the best the most patient. “My go to grocery store since it’s close to home. Always stopping by whenever I need something. They have the best rotisserie chicken. On my lunch break today and noticed a Mixsoon pop up and was super excited to have a skin analysis and got some products based off of it. Made my neighborhood grocery even more awesome!”
“A Trader Joe's associate who was working on the bread display was fabulous and a major asset to the store. She was hospitable and knowledgeable. “They have the best butcher department. They have the best meats when it comes to their steaks and prime rib. They also have great deli when it comes to sliced sandwich meat and sliced cheese. Everything is fresh and is top notch quality. Don’t go to the large supermarkets for this stuff, come to Howie’s and you won’t be disappointed.”
“Stater bros is hands down the best grocery store in California. I was a vender for staters replaced all the boilers at all stores and corporate . It took me 2 years and I learned alot about how much staters cares about quality and the customer experience while keeping the employee happy .... 5 stars”
“This is a remarkable market. It is the only place my family buys meat. We drive up from Orange County to shop there. Beef is USDA Prime and is always amazing quality. It has one of the few full service butcher services available. The butcher case is a wonder to behold. There are expanded grocery and produce departments with good selection. We also like the variety of specialty and gourmet items. We've always found the service there to be friendly and first rate.”

“I'm on my way to George's produce right now to pick up some cabbage and also to get some jalapenos this place is wonderful for low price deals they had Oreo cookies chocolate dip a box of 12 for $1.... yeah they may be a little out of date by like a month, but they're just as good and crispy as ever! “The workers here are very sweet, the quality of the produce is top notch, the vegetables are stunning and beautiful!The prices are more than reasonable, and I just love the atmosphere.I did buy a bag of lentils here though, that when I arrived home realized it was sliced in half and duck taped together. I am a believer in not wasting food, especially when it comes to dried comodities, so it didn't bother me that much. Just pay attention to the packaging of your items so you don't end up with lentils all over your kitchen floor like I did ??”

“Wow this is the spot now !!! I got carne asada shrimp ceviche guacamole and chips... I payed less than all the other spots and the quality is better .. thick guacamole, mango habenero shrimp ceviche on point !! Generously marinated carne asada .. fresh with bomb flavor ... recommended if your in El Monte or Rosemead area !! Even if your further worth the drive ! Almost forgot to mention great service and nice employees .. hard to come by sometimes nowadays”

“This is the place for low prices on dairy, snacks and gelato and unique imported food and products sans chemical additives most other companies allow . I was so impressed by the service today it was remarkable ...I saw a guy going to town on stocking produce and he knew that store like the back of his hand. I believe his name was Christopher but that gentleman knew the layout and ins and outs of the store like you wouldn't believe ! He's got just the right amount of people skills is focused and got the job done ! The store skips on piping in music so it's actually nice for neurodivergent people and it's got wide enough isles for those who maybe in wheelchairs or scooters... I like it!”

Then I realized that if you approach it as you would generic medicine, you will find it is as good , if not better tastewise, for a whole lot less. “Not too close to me, but worth the occasional drive. The best thing about this store is that they get things you haven't tried yet, or didn't know existed, and you'll get them at a fraction of the price. Sure, some of the staples are overpriced, but if you ship smart you'll score big there. For example, we buy our kids Fiber One granola bars all the time, and they're on sale at Vons for $2.50/box. This morning at Grocery Outlet they had them for $0.50/box, and another version, for the same ridiculous low price. Id rather spend half a buck on something the kids might hate or love than spend $2.50 on that gamble.”
“I love going shopping there. I have couple guys that really help and take carry me when I'm ready to leave and load my car app very good customer service. And I like the meat and the way the staff is. Do you know how to treat people and serve what people ask for keep up the good work? And keep up trying to keep the fruit very fresh and sweet. That's very important.”
“Clean, huge selection including lots of uncommon items, however prices on some common items seem high. There were some empty holes on the shelves, including the main thing we came to Sprouts for, but it was a holiday. We resisted temptation and only picked up the 8 other things on our list, rather than also going to Albertsons, totaling over $50.”

“I had the best experience at Chasste Family Market. Drove out today all the way from West Hollywood because I wanted to try their food and pick up some Filipino snacks. I’m a Mestizo so I rarely get a chance to eat Filipino food. These guys treat you like family. They take time to ask every person if they’re familiar with the food. Give you samples and give you the history of the business. I felt good spending my money there. Food was solid. My favorite was the original Turon. Omg the crunch. Nothing like it! I’ll be back.
