Everyone is always so friendly but he was bagging my items and struck up a conversation with me. He is extremely professional and make you feel extra special. I asked him how long he’s worked there as I’ve never seen him before and I know most of the associates. He said about a year and a half. He thanked me and invited me back to Vons. “Great selection of carne asada at a great price as well as awesome customer service, can get crowded during school hours but other than no gas station ita a great option for a quick stop before cooking out on the weekend also they're marinated chicken and Arrachera are not too salty like some other places I have tried !”

“Hey People! Be sure to Check all items in your Orders when they put them in your bags at the Curbside PICK UP !Case in point: 1st time using Curbside pick up everything was perfect.. 2nd time there were 2 tomatoes bad in bottom of the small sack of Roma/Baja tomatoes & 1 item was also left out. Called next day & both Managers, Monika & Julian were immediately on it, offering 2 replace the items or issue a credit. I said I wanted a replacement & was told no prob, Julian said I could call him up on next order & he would add the bottle of Worcester in. Decided to call next day to get a credit instead...but another guy told meNO, his hands were tied & it was not possible to get a credit becuz it was placed as an Online order & I had to call Online orders & get it straightened out. REALLY? That takes up more of MY TIME... to fix THEIR mistake which seems cumbersome to me. WALMART NEEDS TO FIX THIS. Quite frankly it's a big time waste & burden on me......as a 'Valued Customer'.Update: Wallymart Online DID process the refund & for that I am grateful.”
