“A couple days ago I was at Fullerton Bicycles and a guy named Kevin, i think that was his name, was very helpful in tightening up a screw for the kickstand of my Ozark Trail mountain bike (Walmart bike) that had become a little wobbly, and he did it for free. He also answered some of my questions I had on things like bike lights they have in stock and a knog scout tracker thing they sold. Kevin even tried looking for some bike tires for my bike and checked to see if they had any in stock even though I wasn’t planning on getting new tires that day, I was just curious to see what they had. Kevin did not seemed annoyed at all in helping me out and he wasn’t pressuring me into buying anything, and I am happy because of that. The other 2 guys at the shop that I noticed were cool as well , I didn’t get there name but they seemed friendly and let me look around without rushing me, one of them greeted me at the door when I came in and the other was at the register who also answered one of my questions while Kevin was looking for tires for my bike… I ended buying the Knog Scout tracker and I don’t regret it, I just wish better tracking devices would be invented by now cuz I had a couple bikes in the past that been stolen and will never see them again. You live and learn. So my next step is to Register my bicycles with the Anaheim Police Department. Anyways, I recommend this place to anyone looking for bike accessories or bike locks. Yes they have really good bike locks in stock, I still have mine that I bought 2-3yrs ago at Fullerton Bicycles, it’s a mini chain lock by Kryptonite, It’s very short in length but is all u need to lock ur bike frame around a pole or bike rack, costs around exactly $100 dollars or a little more probably, but its worth it.”

“I have a Go Trax CTI Series E Bike. My issue is that my rear bike brake metal cable needed to be tightened, and my front bike brake cable needed to be replaced, it looked like it was going to snap. Vic is very professional and friendly. He is very clear about the prices and services. (~4% Card Charge, Bring Cash) And worked fast. He took about an hour to fix my bike. It costed me ~$45 (New Front Brake Cable, Adjustment of Rear Brake Cable, Inspection, Fast Turnaround). Overall, Vic is a great guy and a person that you can trust with your bike that need repairs. Not to mention, the plentiful of great used/new bikes. 5/5 Stars”

“Pedal Barn Bikes is a gem, a bit hidden inside Carbon Canyon, but also next to a cool coffee shop, (when there opened). Mike is one of the best mechanics in the business, takes the time to explain what may be the issues on your bike, and gives options for repairs. He's meticulous and they stand by their work.Cindy is also very helpful on bikes and gear, providing a good price on a new Giant Trance, (aluminum) mt bike, which I've had almost no issues with after a year of riding. The place is a bit cluttered, but they still have bikes, parts & accessories, even some used gear priced well. It's still tough for shops to get the inventory they would like & need, but they'll do they best to provide it.As mentioned in other reviews, you could even ride right from the shop to a couple trails, but you will begin climbing right on of the gate. There generally open Thur-Sun. Btw, the owners & Mike all ride at a high level, and have decades of experience. Highly recommend this shop.”

“I recently placed a large order with 5150 and am very happy with my entire experience. I was easily able to communicate with Phillip on building some wheels, pricing, and product availability. They ran out of hubs that I ordered, but they quickly communicated that more were on the way and still got my order out quickly. Even got a couple of nice to have freebies with the order and everything came as expected. And pricing was more than fair. 10/10 recommend this shop! Don’t buy anywhere else.”

“Had an issue with my front derailleur which couldn't shift to the big chainring. I was worried I snapped the shifter before I brought it in ?. Mechanic took a few looks at it, turns out it was mostly gunked up but functional. No charge for a simple repair(?)!”

“I ordered my first real bike from this shop over the phone and was blown away by how helpful David was. I’d called several other places, and none came close to this level of attentiveness and knowledge. My bike was ordered, assembled, and professionally tuned before I rode it out of the store. They also offer tune-ups and ongoing support, so I feel confident bringing my bike here each season. Thanks for being a reliable neighborhood bike shop!”

“I really liked the service and customer service from an emplyee named Elliot Stein. He is very friendly, able to provide me with a clear, professional and truthful opinion in choosing Jax's products. I bought a thermal cooled water bottle through his persuasion and even an extra tube that he professionally said that always keep a spare since he told me that there was a day he popped 3 of his spare tubes riding his old bike. I strongly believe this young man will succeed with his customer service skills and his persuasion to buy necessary things as he had his own experience.”

“Got a great condition Santa Cruz Nomad n4 CC from MTB Custom Builds and couldn’t be more stoked on how it came out. Ali’s main focus was to build the frame up exactly how I wanted it. He has parts distributors and puts these complete bikes together to get you a great custom bike built to your preferences.I highly recommend MTB Custom builds, especially if you want to buy a very nice used bike and to spec the parts to your liking (not used parts, new or takeoff parts, which is unheard of buying used). Ali put the bike together with me and got it dialed in, I had a say in every part he put on the frame. Also, Ali has many options so you can save some cash on that dream frame you want.Bottom line - Ali is a great guy and I enjoyed spending time in his shop talking bikes and building my new dream frame up, I highly recommend his services to anyone who is into MTB, he has tons of experience building bikes and KNOWS HIS STUFF, you really can’t go wrong.”

“After looking at several different e-bikes online we decided to but a JVO bike. We are so happy we did. There's no question that JVO sells a top quality bike but what impressed us more was their outstanding level of customer service. A huge shout-out to Nick for his patience in answering my many questions and his willingness to help. He went above and beyond!”

He’s always been helpful, honest, and professional with me. After reading some of the negative reviews, I just want to clarify that this man has consistently treated me with respect and done solid work. Give him a chance, you won’t regret it.”

“Big Wheel Bike is my go-to shop whenever I any kind of service for my bike. I like the fact that Kendall (the owner) gives you the whole rundown on any part that his shop carries plus he doesn't try and upsell you anything, I have sent my friends in need of help and would recommend this shop for anyone looking for good and fair service.”
