Kaitlyn Clothing is a very cute shop with the cutest clothes. Customers are impressed with the quality of the clothing and find beautiful items like crop tops, sweaters, purses, and earrings. There is always something new in store with a great selection of sizes and many options. The staff provides great, super helpful, and friendly customer service. Associates assist with sizes and ideas. Many customers are glad they stopped by and would certainly recommend this store to friends and family.

Customer service is in fact not the best. Wasn’t greeted or talked to at all during my shopping. There was no one else in the store. Clothing is priced high for what it is. Clothes is cute but I don’t know if I’ll be back. Morning Lavender in Tustin is super cute and the workers are super friendly! I’m very disappointed.
