Some ladies working here are very sweet. Kimberly is the one that stands out the most with her great customer service. I appreciate her patience and knowledge every time I stepped into the Loft. Two thumbs up!!

Pretty store....l was able to snag some great bracelets. But I realized why it was a great deal...one of the clearance bracelet was fit larger than usual. But not to worry, l was able to tweak it with pliers and made it smaller. One wouldn't tell apart any adjustment made
