However, the store can be poorly organized, with clothes on the ground and racks overly crammed, creating an unwelcoming appearance. At times, departments can be understaffed. Despite this, the exceptional service from employees creates a positive experience that makes customers want to return.

Not a soul in the handbag department three weeks before Christmas, they lost a lot of customers, as we were leaving, deisha showed up and was truly amazing, we would not have made this purchase without her amazing skills and help

When I arrived I was shocked. This is Macy’s? It looked worse then a thrift store. Clothes were on the ground, there were so much stuff crammed onto the racks, I walked away. I did find a beautiful lounge set at Macys backstage that was 30% off, for that reason only, I will return.
