However, the store can be poorly organized, with clothes on the ground and racks overly crammed, creating an unwelcoming appearance. At times, departments can be understaffed. Despite this, the exceptional service from employees creates a positive experience that makes customers want to return.

Macy's backstage is on level 3. It is definitely their take on a Marshall's/Ross dress for less/TJ Maxx. Macy's products at absolutely steals! 100% recommend.

Not a soul in the handbag department three weeks before Christmas, they lost a lot of customers, as we were leaving, deisha showed up and was truly amazing, we would not have made this purchase without her amazing skills and help
