“Came into the store on July 22 at around 1:20 PM to return some Verizon equipment and the two gentlemen that were there were amazing very helpful and kind! The representative that helped me was able to figure out a mailing address that I needed because Verizon wasn’t helpful but he was able to figure it out fast and efficiently. They were also very kind and offered my kids some stickers. These two gentlemen deserve a raise for their awesome customer service!!!”

So requested replacement and had to return. Back to UPS. I was greeted with a welcome back. She seemed happy to help. It is always great when you talk to a happy and friendly person. It brightens your day. My now favorite UPS store.”

“Friendly and effective operations handling my return! I had ab extra label for the package just in case we did not placed the label correctly. He assured me immediately and put my return label in a plastic see-through envelope and glued it on top of my label on the box. He was prompt and polite , very efficient services. “Taking in documents to be notarized, serious affair. OMG I've never had so much fun over documents! And finding out what they do? They printed a label and shipped my Amazon return
They ship with all carriers. And do custom shipping. Need a suitcase to be somewhere when you get there, go to these girls. They are both professional and personable. Need a stamp? Just pop in, they got you covered. Never wait in line at the post office again. And you'll have a good time.”

“The Post office is small and "takes you back to a simpler time. I need to send a package through DHL and had no clue of how to get started. There were to people behind the counter that greeted me with kind smiles and they were both more than helpful. They showed me exactly what to do to ship my package internationally. They even wrote the number to call and sealed the package for me. I would truly recommend this post office because of the personal service, attention, and education they gave me. This type of service is invaluable. I recommend them if you are looking to ship anything to anyone.”
