“We had this UPS store shipped 7 boxes from Fullerton to NYC while we drove cross country. So they held the boxes for us until we get to NY. The boxes arrived on time and all in good shape. The workers are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this branch where the professionalism is top notch!”

“I have to say, with the new ownership, Ms. Sarah has completely transformed this store. Thanks to her, I was finally able to get a mailbox, and I really appreciate that the store is open every day. I can even check my mail on weekends. I also have to give her credit for the passport photo. It actually came out great for once! With the addition of notary services, this place has truly become a one-stop shop for me. Every visit is quick and efficient, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. I’m extremely happy with the new ownership. Thank you, Sarah, for creating such a neighborhood-friendly atmosphere!”

“Every time I come here for an Amazon return they are very fast and friendly. I used to go to the UPS near my house but never liked it. But then when I had a return I came here and I will never go to the other one even though it is closer to me. Thank you for training staff to be fast, professional and helpful. Do they sell postage stamps too? For letters? Then it would save me a trip to the post office..”
