Cecy was the nicest employee I’ve ever experienced at PacSun. She went out of her way to help me after another location charged me extra for pants, and she was incredibly attentive the whole time. Rude employees, especially one young woman. She had no patience when I didn’t have the exact change for $25.86 when I thanked her for “helping” me, she let out a passive aggressive “yeah..” I barely come to these stores due to my body insecurities and an extremely rude and unwelcoming employee didn’t help.

Selection was okay, the employees were so rude I stood for 7 minutes waiting for a fitting room and 4 workers looked at me and didn’t care to help, I left my items and left.
