The staff here and literally EVERYONE was amazing. They constantly went above and beyond to help and make this portion of my wedding easy and stress free.”

“Had a really enjoyable shopping experience at Macy’s in Brea Mall. This location is spacious, well-maintained, and carries a wide variety of products — from clothing and shoes to fragrances and home items — all in one place, which makes it super convenient.
What stood out to me was how organized everything is. Even though it’s a large department store, it doesn’t feel messy or overwhelming. Each section is clearly laid out, making it easy to find what you’re looking for or just browse comfortably.
The staff were friendly and approachable. I had a couple of questions while shopping, and they were quick to help without making the experience feel rushed or pressured. It’s always nice when employees are both professional and genuinely helpful.
There were also some great deals and promotions running, which made the visit even better. You can definitely find good value here if you take your time to look around.
Checkout was smooth and efficient, and overall the store had a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.
Definitely a 5-star experience — Macy’s at Brea Mall is a reliable spot whether you’re shopping for something specific or just exploring.”

“Fabulous! Came here to shop for a birthday gift for a family member and was having a hard time picking out a size. The associate with blonde hair was able to look him up from his phone number and tell me exactly what size he usually orders since I told her he has an account. “Had a really great experience at Foot Locker in Brea Mall and honestly it stood out compared to a lot of other retail stores I’ve been to lately.
First thing you notice when walking in is how clean and organized the store is. Everything is laid out nicely, making it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. The selection is solid too — a good mix of the latest releases, classic sneakers, and athletic apparel. Whether you’re looking for something trendy or just a reliable everyday pair, they’ve got options.
What really made the difference for me, though, was the staff. Super friendly from the moment I walked in, and more importantly, genuinely helpful. They didn’t hover or push for a sale, but when I had questions, they were knowledgeable and honest with their recommendations. They helped me find the right size quickly and even gave input on comfort and fit, which I appreciated.
The overall vibe in the store is great — energetic but not chaotic, and you can tell the team works well together. Checkout was smooth and quick, no long wait or confusion.
In a time where good customer service is becoming rare, this location really delivers. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back, not just for the products but for the experience.

“Favorite spot for jeans, their collection is good for everyday clothing.They always have some deal going on, good prices. Customer service is great.Just wish if they can replace trial room curtains with hard wooden doors if possible. Sometime people just jump inside the trial room without any hesitation of asking if someone is in there.”

“The new Manager Nick who took over for this location is amazing. 11/10 would recommend.
He is very professional and knowledgeable about how clothing and fashion works.
I got a new job (Business to Business) performing from $5,000 - $500,000 deals. He helped me arm my closet and wardrobe with the proper function to A) land the job and interviews, and B) Sell and adapt to the community very quickly.
I have been to other clothing stores and no one is more helpful than Nick and his current staff.

“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERToday I went to a tillys to just look around and spend some time with my girlfriend. When in the store during my checkout I accidentally clicked my Tack Deck over the blocker behind the register. The Tech Deck sadly fell down a hole behind the register (for wires), a spot the employees said was basically a home forever kind of spot. However Aiden was super helpful, she took my phone # and said she'd give me a call if it was found. Only about 2 hours later I received a call back! And she found it! She went through all the trouble of full unscrewing some sort of cabinet, practically taking apart the counter just to get what seemed like my "toy". It may seem that way but there's main brands just like most things, and it was indeed an expensive "toy". I'm very grateful for aiden's extra money fort and care! She deserve an awesome high five or even a chance for a raise because that was some amazing service!!!!!!!”

Tips on my experience with Indochino:
1. Go find Chris!
This gentleman is very knowledgeable and extremely patient.
He went out of his way to help me out. As a true leader should be. Btw this is my first suit.
Also, I recently found out that they are
short-staffed. A little patience goes a long way.
2. Always book for an appointment.
3. Enjoy the experience.

“I had an amazing experience at this store thanks to one of your sales associates. I came in with my Meta glasses after a bike accident — the lens was broken and there was blood on the frame. Because my hand was injured, I asked if she could help replace the lens for me.
She didn’t hesitate at all. She grabbed sanitizer wipes, carefully cleaned off all the blood, and replaced the lens for me with so much kindness and zero judgment. Her professionalism and compassion truly surprised me. She turned a stressful moment into a positive one and absolutely made my day.
She was a young Asian woman, and although I don’t remember her name, I want to make sure she gets recognized. This was the best service I’ve ever received at this store.”
