“I had such a great experience at Valliani Jewelry. What stood out immediately was the leadership in the store. The supervisor has created an environment that’s both fun and respectful — and honestly, that balance is rare. In many places, supervisors are either too lax (which leads to careless service) or too strict (which makes staff feel stiff and robotic). Here, it’s right in the middle. The team feels confident, professional, and genuinely happy to help.
Their approach to selling is also refreshing. They don’t just push products to make a sale. They really pay attention to what you’re looking for, make thoughtful suggestions, and treat you like you matter — not like a transaction. You actually feel special and taken care of.
At one point, a piece of an earring I was trying dropped. Instead of reacting with suspicion or awkwardness, they calmly helped me look for it and handled the situation with total grace. That told me a lot about their professionalism and trust in their customers.
Even with many people in the store, they manage to attend to everyone without making anyone feel ignored. Somehow the experience is so smooth and pleasant that you almost forget about the price tags… which is dangerous in the best way. ?

“I brought in quite a few pieces—three necklaces (two needed new clasps, one had a broken clasp I really wanted to keep), three silver rings that needed resizing, and a platinum tennis bracelet from Brilliant Earth that other places told me couldn’t be resized.
Edwin knocked every single piece out of the park. The rings were perfectly enlarged and polished to a shine—I wasn’t expecting that, and they honestly look brand new. The necklace clasps are flawless and blend right in, and Edwin was able to repair the broken clasp on my David Yurman necklace while keeping the original.
Most impressive was the tennis bracelet—other shops told me resizing wasn’t possible, but Edwin made it look absolutely seamless. You can’t even tell it was touched.
The quality of the work is top-notch, and the pricing was more than reasonable. Everything came back looking even better than when I dropped it off. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but truly cares about the pieces you bring in, I cannot recommend this shop enough.”

“Coming to La Bijouterie was a healing experience, to say the least. We came to Set for a new beginning after a traumatic incident regarding our original ring. Last year, we had originally gone to our family jeweler (in LA) of 20 years to reset our ring for our 20th anniversary. He basically disappeared with our diamond, cash, and our trust. We were heartbroken over the 20 years of memories that were stolen from us, and my kind husband was so upset but he decided to save up for another diamond and surprised me with the option to reset our ring again. This time we did our research and found Set, who listened to our story and he treated us so kindly and compassionately. After just a few short weeks, we had designed the ring I had been dreaming of. When I went to see it for the first time I expected to have a few edits or corrections, but it was literally PERFECT. I had NOTHING I wanted to change and it was EXACTLY everything I wanted and more. Set himself was amazing to work with and he is so good at what he does (he always had a nonstop stream of clients every time we came in). I took a watch in today to get resized. It’s a Breitling Navitimer with a notoriously difficult bracelet to adjust. I had taken it to a jeweler in San Francisco, Elite Fine Jewelry, who took 5 days to adjust my watch. And didn’t do it correctly. They said the half links could not be removed. Leaving me with a slightly too large watch.
I was in Burlingame and decided to see if Topper could assist. When I walked into the stor I was warming greeted, offered a beverage, and introduced to an associate (I’m terrible with names and can’t remember hers) who could assist me. We confirmed that I needed a half link removed which the associate said would not be a problem. 5-10 minutes later the watch was back on my wrist with the half link removed!
Topper earned a future customer in me when I’m ready to make my next purchase. If you’re in the market for a new watch, I can not recommend them enough!”

I was sad because I was so set on getting a bracelet that day. I found Amare online and called. The supervisor answered and provided information and told me to come on by. The staff, Leah (I believe was her name and how you spell it) was absolutely the sweetest! She was so friendly and answered all questions. She was so attentive and kind. I will get more bracelets and I will defintely come back!”
