“I took my daughter in to have her ears pierced at Claire's today. We made an appointment but I think walk up would have been ok too. We got Bri and she was so friendly & professional in how she explained what she would be doing and in choosing the correct pair of earrings that suited my daughters ears. She marks out exactly where she will be putting the earrings & asks for approval which I thought was great. She used the piercing gun and it was a quick process in both ears. My daughter didn't feel much pain and said it was a lot easier than what she was expecting! Thank you Bri!”

“This place has been my go to spot for multiple reasons. Number one, they remember me as a customer. I really appreciate businesses that stay true to their customers. Number two, they have accommodated every request I have made with the Engagement Ring I purchased from them. I recommend building your own ring with the "loose" diamonds like I did. Makes it a much more enjoyable experience and you get to create the ring you can afford. Number three, I had a small diamond pop out of my Fiancés ring... (keep in mind her ring has 39 diamonds on it.. so it's bound to happen) they replaced it and got it back to me polished with the same look it had the day I bought it. I will continue to bring my business here. I am a local in the San Mateo area and my fiancé gets non-stop compliments from her ring. I will remain a lifetime customer due to how they have ALWAYS taken care of me.”

They were very helpful in describing the process for piercing, how they keep everything sterile, and were very fast at getting it done (but did not rush it, to ensure we were happy with the placement). They have a huge selection of sterile earrings to use for the piercing. The healing process went super well, with no issues at all!”
