“What impressed me the most about this place is the owner’s knowledge and dedication to professional fabric care. The owner has personally attended specialized, private training programs to learn how to properly handle and care for different types of delicate and high-quality fabrics.
You can truly see the difference that this kind of specialized training makes. They carefully examine each garment, understand the fabric, and choose the right cleaning process instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach.
For my Indian designer outfits that I purchased in London, this level of care gave me a lot of confidence. My clothes came back looking fresh, beautiful, and well maintained.
I really appreciate that the owner continues to invest in specialized training and education. That kind of expertise and attention to detail is hard to find.

“1st time here and I can say the brand new machines work really well. In fact, don't use more than 3 ( 7 minutes per coin.) quarters in the dryer to start with if it's on high, then add more if needed, but you probably will not unless it's lots of jeans. This makes up for the higher cost of the washers.
All the machines are very new, and very clean, as is the bright and cheery interior. Super clean bathroom.
Everything the other reviewers said are true.
The only thing for me was that there was no medium size washer. Small, large, really large, and I didn't know there was one that big. So, if you need comforters or bedding washed , head here.

“Small washers are $4.75 but need quarters. Larger washers take credit card or google/apple pay, $9 and up. My credit card did NOT work on dryers so had to use google pay.”

“The customer service is great! The turn around time, flexibility, reliability, and ability to fix items rocks 🔥🙌. I’m not going to comment on pricing because there’s not a lot of places in this area to compare it to, and the economy is tough right now. Also, I’m bias after knowing that in Buffalo there are lower prices.
Anyways, could we please add a washer and dryer, a person who can fix leather and fur, and keep the store open on Sunday and longer during the rest of the week to accommodate those with 9 AM to 5 PM jobs? Thank you 😊 ! Once most of these are fixed, I’ll be happy to give 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐!”

“Neighborhood stand-by with reliable service and reasonable prices. It's hard to find good dry cleaners in my experience, but this is one, at least it has been for me. They closed for a while for a sizemic retrofit, and I missed them while they were closed and happy when they reopened.”
“Attendant was very kind! Snug but clean spot. $3.50 for top-loader (26 min), $3.75 for front loader (25 min) and 25cents/2 minutes of dry time for large speed queen dryers with low/med/high/no heat settings.”

“OK, so here’s why I love the Laundry Hub. My mom is 88 years old and physically handicapped. Doing laundry herself has become nearly impossible. The convenience and the wonderful service the Laundry Hub (and Brian) offer has been a godsend because it continues to allow her to live independently while still taking care of herself. Everyone, from the owner to deliveries, is extremely helpful and polite.

“So last week I went to 3 other cleaners and none of them would take my coat, it's an expensive coat and I needed to fix 2 patches my dog did. So I understood why they didn't feel comfortable. She took it, looked at it, seen the damage, gave me a solution, and 1 week later, u can't even tell at all my coat had alterations done. Awesome, amazing job. Best cleaners in San Francisco. “My go-to spot to get my pants hemmed & coats dry cleaned — It’s family run, and Sam knows what he’s doing. I’m very particular about how my pants fall and he gets them to the perfect length regardless of the material. Cash preferred but they also accept card. Great friendly service and location is off the 22 and 38 stops.”

“I highly recommend getting your alterations done here if you're local! This place is run by the two sweetest couple. They were both so nice and helpful when I was trying to get a few pairs of jeans hemmed. One of the jeans that I brought in had some metal buttons in spots that had to be hemmed so she recommended me to not get them hemmed because it would ruin the look of the jeans. I really appreciated that! Will definitely come back again in the future to get anything hemmed.”
“A true seamstress. I've had my clothes taken elsewhere, including Mulberry's etc. where things are sent out. Here, you're going to truly have someone give their honest opinion based on what you're looking for from the garment. She's also really good at explaining the limitations of different fabrics, and almost always knows how to suggest a different approach”
