First time taking my car in for service in SF, due to a change of ownership to the last place I usually take my car to. (It was in the East Bay) I came across this business through searching on Yelp. I feel like his quote was reasonable. Came in for motor oil & break fluid maintenance. Dropped my car off at 10:30am & got my car back at 4:30pm the same day! “Needed a flat tire replaced ASAP and Rafa was able to take me as a walk-in at 7pm on a weekday. Great service and pricing and took maybe 20min. I called ahead to check he had a tire in the size I needed in stock.”
“I've driven past this shop 1000 times, and when my college age kids come back for Thanksgiving , they always tell me that the cars need an oil change or a smog or something, and I have to scramble to meet their schedules and mine. So these guys were super friendly and super reasonable, and the smog was completed before I realized, even though there were a few people ahead of me when I got there originally, the smog went super quick. I'm definitely not going anywhere else for smog again. I also made an appointment to have them service my son's Hyundai early next week as well. I tried to call the Hyundai dealer for an appointment since the car has a 100,000 mile warranty in case they find anything wrong but they don't even answer their phone. For maintenance things, I'd rather not pay the dealer prices anyway, so I'll follow up on how the service goes since I'm bringing in the car for the first time, but I'm hopeful I found my go-to mechanic shop. (Just moved to San Bruno three years ago and know how important a good mechanic shop is, and they are hard to find, so fingers crossed!)”

“I had a small repair done over my left rear wheel. I was a little disappointed with the final outcome of the first repair as the 3 panels that needed to come together in a smooth plane were off on different angles and a detail line did not line up with the one on another panel. I took it back in. The staff were accommodating, said we will fix it, we warranty our work.
The 2nd repair fixed some of the problem but didn't really get the surfaces all in the same smooth plane. I decided this is as good as it will get for this repair. This was an insurance paid job, so I understand that the perfection that I hoped for is not achievable at these prices.
I will say, I am very able to see these types of things, while most people are not, and this repair was in a tricky spot to get the pieces to blend, so I don't fault the body shop. This is likely the normal outcome for most body shops. The paint work and finishing are top notch and I am very happy with that. The staff were very easy to work with and timely with final delivery both times. I have had other repairs done here that I was completely happy with, I would recommend this shop to anyone.”

The service tech, Mark, was really informative about the problems they found and details about the costs and work that had to be done. I know most people will say it’s a gimmick to make the customer spend more, but my car had over 90k miles and I never had anyone do a detail checkup. It has been over two weeks and definitely feel the car drives better and smoother. 10/10 would go back for any future services.”

“I was stranded in Santa Rosa when, unexpectedly, there was an ABCmalfunction as indicated on the dash display, and my car's steering was disabled. It was 40 miles to the dealership in San Rafael, California. AAA's tow truck (Norcal Supreme Towing) was there in about a half hour. Loading my Mercedes onto the flat bed and tying it down took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way with me as a passenger in the cab. The driver and I had an extremely enjoyable conversation on the way back. I've had this experience more than a few times in the past and it has always been awful. This time, however, and unbelievably, I found myself enjoying the entire experience, awed by the driver's ability to do his job quickly and efficiently as well as his exuberant personality and friendly attitude. “Great experience. It's what you'd hope for when you need a tow. I didn't catch the driver's name but he is in the picture. He was helpful and experienced. My car was on a busy street with school drop offs. The tow truck driver moved my car and loaded it away from the school traffic. He not only was experienced but he was also pleasant and professional. After a stressful day, I felt at ease. I'm a Triple AAA Premier member and this service paid for itself.”
