“I just bought a used bike from them ( They are now SoSo Cycles, but originally SF BMW, after taking on Yamaha). I dealt exclusively with Joey, nice guy easy going. Good communication through out the process. He did what he said he would do and had the paperwork ready when I paid for the bike. I received the title and plate within 2 weeks which was nice. Overall, a nice medium sized shop BMWs and Yamahas. Parking is on the street which can be challenging during the week, to be expected in SF. It’s only about a mile from Cal train station which was convenient for me when I picked up the bike. I would have no problem recommending them. Much better than San Jose BMW, in my experience.”
“If there were 15 stars, I'd easily give them. Les is a) incredibly knowledgeable about every car from the 15 year old Escape to the minivan to the vintage, b) so practical in that he asks what you want to get out of your vehicle vs trying to make it perfect regardless of the life left in the vehicle, and c) kind and personal. They are also very reasonable on cost, but I'd pay almost anything for the way I was treated.”

Really appreciate the attention to detail and also the car wash done in addition to the repairs. I do notice some cosmetic differences between the broken OEM side mirror and the replacement mirror they used, but all electrical/tilting functions work just as well as before, if not better.”

“If I could give Husteads 10 stars I would. I was rear ended while sitting at a stop light. Fortunately the woman had insurance. Her insurance company sent me to a shop near where I live and the estimator there told me my car would be totaled. I almost cried. I love my car, it doesn't even have 40,000 miles on it.
I checked around and ended up going to Husteads for a second opinion. Sam did the inspection and told me it was definitely repairable and that the insurance company would cover everything - and she was right. I dropped it off Monday and had it back on Friday. I received texts throughout the process letting me know what stage the repair process was in Cannot thank Sam and the people at Husteads enough for 'saving' my car.”

In this case, I was t-boned at an intersection and my front passenger side door needed to be replaced while the back door needed to be repaired. It now looks like nothing ever happened.
