“I’ve had several experiences shopping at Mojo and while all were good, today's was great.
I had purchased an item that just didn't turn out to be what I wanted, partly due to the manufacturer not being 100% transparent on what the product did. Spoke with Erick, he had me come in, we sat down and talked it through, got what I needed, made the return/exchange, and even spec'd out a new camera.
It’s experiences like this that Amazon just can't deliver. I will make it a point to try and buy as much gear from here vs. big box online sellers.”

“I needed a few monitors, keyboard and some cables today to set up my home office, and was helped by Stephanie! She was kind, knowledgeable and found ones that would work for me. I initially went in for certain moniters but they were out of stock and Stephanie was able to find 2 similar ones that would work and still have good quality. She was patient, and kind. “I recently got water damage on my MacBook and urgently needed to have the inside cleaned to give it the best chance of survival. I decided to go to Alice Computerworks because they don’t require reservations, and I didn’t have to wait or go through the lengthy procedures you get at the Apple Genius Bar. I brought my laptop in, and within an hour they had cleaned the inside of my MacBook. The service was super fast and the people there were very helpful.
If your laptop ever suffers water damage, I highly recommend bringing it here so you can get it looked at immediately. Even if the damage is severe and parts need replacing, they can handle the repairs and even help communicate with Apple, so you don’t have to worry about it yourself.”

“Update, 8/17/26 purchased a new S26+ they were great again!! With my Best Buy membership all of the setups were covered, today's cost alone would have been about $125 to do the data transfer and Screen protector all covered in the membership.
Update, since the late time we purchased a new Dell Laptop a little over a year ago and they were great with setup and protection 3/2025.
We purchased a new Dell PC, HP printer, and LG monitor in July and have been back several times for some needed extras(data transfer, complete in home setup). We trust Best Buy and have had great service from them over the years.”

“ook my laptop in yesterday (2/29). I had a problem with the AC jack, a part had fallen out of it years ago and I was finally attempting to revive it. I brought it in, and right away the owner could see what the problem was. I got a text later that day saying that it would be available the next day (3/1). I texted back in the early afternoon confirming if it was ready and it was!
Obviously, whether your laptop is ready the next day depends on what you need to fix it and whether or not they have the part for it. If I have any future laptop or computer issues, The Laptop Experts will be the first place I go. A very good first impression!”
“These guys still carry and sell a device that is a MUST HAVE if you own the original Buffalo TeraStation! For those that have no idea what I'm talking about other than the brand, the originals were 1TB RAID (4 x 250 IDE/PATA drives and the RAID works only with Buffalo's proprietary system) When unit dies (and it will) you will lose it all! Enter "Dat Optic's Qbox-U" with the Standard IDE/PATA controller, one of the last of it's kind still on the market. Re-set drive jumpers to Cable Select and put them in the Qbox in the EXACT order they were in the TeraStation. Set the Qbox to combine the drives then hit it with recovery software. POOF! If it was a Buffalo system board issue as is usually the case, there you are looking at the data and Buffalo OS. Back the data up and blow the drives away then reformat and start over I have now saved 5 TeraStations and may just buy more of the Qboxes. The box cost is little..the Recovery software hurts more but for under $200 TOTAL, you can do this all day long!”
