“Oh my, where to start off. I was in tough situation but after explaining everything to Ms. Jasmin R.. she knew what to do and how to do it immediately. She was amazing every step of the way. She explained everything detailedly and how we were going to proceed. I enjoyed the hospitality and made me feel like i can trust her and LBS Financials. She had the patience to explain everything to me again and again no matter how many times I asked the question or didnt understand some terms. There were many things i didnt know about getting a loan and she made sure I understood everything before proceeding to anything. “I have bank there over 30 years and never had a problem. I'm always in and out within 5 minutes. No matter which teller I get, they all have gave me excellent and fast service. I cant think of and Bank or CU that compare with there excellent service.”
“Simply a great bank how are they unlike Bank of America, where i needed to setup an appointment to replace a lost/steal card really? So i called to report it on phone with BoA 2+ hour to get a live person.
At FPCU you can walk in and take to a rep on the spot worst case their busy you might wait 20 only once did i have to wait that long in over 7 years.
Only down side is they dont have any branch outside of california but their growing.”

I gave them my story and information and they went above and beyond to one hundred percent rectify the situation and restore my faith not only in them, but also a bit in the world. Their manager Jonathan was respectful and understanding. He looked at the situation as a learning opportunity and there were truly nothing but good feelings throughout the process. And just to be clear regarding my original post, at no time did I ever receive anything but genuinely friendly service.
