“They work really hard to keep their customers happy. The new banker, I’m not sure what her name was, worked really hard to go through the very long, pre holiday weekend line and see who they can pull out for other services. I was in a rush and unfortunately needed a teller so I had to wait. (More of a personal time management issue rather than their fault). But they did great, kept the line moving and I appreciated it!
The security guy is always super nice as well
Tip to management: When the bank is super packed, opening a door might be nice. It gets a little stuffy”
“Nice and convenient Chase Bank location around the theme park and shopping centers. I work not very far from this Chase location. So i do stop here once in awhile when i need something done. Rather than me waiting to i get home to the locations closer to me. Nice space and plenty of parking. Neighborhood might look a little sketchy at night time. I recommend not doing transactions at nighttime in this area. But all in all, i love my Chase Banks. People at this location are professional and friendly. I will continue coming here.”

“They had a leaky roof finally fixed as shown in this photo .. I use to have union bank and us bank bought them .. it always strikes me that this branch has their tellers rarely behind the traditional tellers station but instead the are at desks ... when you are called to their desk often they have to go behind the teller stations get the cash and bring it to their desk and count it out etc. Other us branches are not like this one.”

“I dislike entering Bank of America branches because it usually takes so very long to be helped. Actually went to another B of A location, but they were closed weekends. Searched the web and found that this location was open on Saturdays. Drove in to find they have a good sized parking lot. Security on site to make sure everyone was safe and sound. All pluses in my book. As expected, there was a long line of customers. To my surprise, though, there were 3 tellers on duty to assist their customers. From what I noticed, all 3 of them had good customer service. Overall, it was a nice experience. I'd return if needed.”

“This branch is fabulous. I can't thank Dominique Lawrence enough for her helping me. I was in tight spot and she was so kind and helpful a true professional and I am so appreciative. Every time I come to this branch she is there with a bright smile and greeting me. I also love the tellers, there are two in particular who, even if I'm waiting in line, I will let people go ahead of me just to get them. Adam Ruibal and Joanna Decleene are awesome. They are not rushing you or looking annoyed, but rather they are positive and knowledgeable, patient and kind. I like that they know what they are doing and I don't have to worry that my transaction will be wrong. Good job to all and thank you for making this my favorite branch to come to.”
